Shows how much some people care about others when it comes to sales...

This is why Black Friday shouldn't exist.

Well, I like Black Friday but...

It's idiotic people that ruin it for everyone... like everything else in the world.

I hate that actual holidays are ruined by tagging sale days on right after them. It's like that great girl who's tag along friend is a total slut.

Comparing consumerism to a slut is poetic.

I worked today. It was hellish.

Within the first hour we where open, some woman comes flying up from the back of the store with her kid, rushing out. I barely heard her as she passed, but she mentioned something about "threw up". The floor toward the back of the store was covered with what appeared to be curdled milk that smelled of bile.
I made one of the part-time employees clean it up, but the entire store smelled like bad milk and puke for the rest of the day.

As for the dude who was trampled, it's hardly surprising. No one who gets to Wal-mart that early in the morning is thinking about anyone but themselves. Sure, they're shopping for gifts, but they're trying to save themselves money.

It's the same reason they're all more than happy to run you off the road if they think it means they'll get a better parking spot.

Doesn't this happen every year?

Just about. It's still terrible though.

Hell, I've been to concerts where people where pissed and punching anything that got near them, but they were still courteous enough to help you up if you fell.

Ha. I ended up getting quite a few cheap DVD box sets. Mainly The Office in its entirety sp far, and the first Always Sunny DVD.

I also got my brother some 1600 Microsoft Points cards for his birthday which was on November 1st. They were on sale for $15, and they all carry $20 worth of MP on them so I figured that was a pretty cool deal. He was very happy. I'm such a GREAT BROTHER.

The root of all evil.

Evil is only saying something like this.
