I hate to eat fish. I can't stand the "fishy taste", even a bit of it turns me right off. I can barely stand Dolphin Fish and I'm so not even into salmon at all, which are "less fishy tasting" apparently. But I love taramasalata, so it clearly doesn't taste anything like fish even though it's made with caviar. It's a spread, simply. You put it on pita or garlic breads or both.
