I'm remaking my unfinished level from the first game, will definitely post it later on.

I'll pick it up eventually.  Most people don't make stages that look like an actual Mario stage though.  It's all over the place with puzzle stages or physics #####.  Neat concepts, but not Mario stages you'd ever see in an actual Mario game, and that's really the biggest thing that turns me off on it.

Working a more standard platforming/timing stage right now but here's a few concept-based courses. Doing a silly quick drawing each time I upload a stage:

  • Description: It's a space adventure with small puzzle rooms, pink coins, and a mechanized boss. Kind of an exploration thing with a narrative. Was my first MM2 level, not my best though.
  • Medium difficulty / SM3 style /2 min
  • Puzzle-Solving / Themed

Mario's Basketball Training

  • Description: A simple level based around some popular basketball moves. A series of small rooms each with a single puzzle and an optional pink coin challenge. My most popular level so far.
  • Medium difficulty / SMW style /2-3 min

Harold's Hygiene Helper

  • Use the superball to pop Huge Harold's pimples (pink coins) and the fungus (goombas) growing inside and out! Sort of a free roam level, you can tackle each part in any order. Loosely inspired by the 1987 box office flop "Innerspace". My newest course, people have trouble finding one of the pink coins so turn on comments for a hint if needed.
  • Medium-Hard difficulty (seems to be a bit harder than I expected) / SMB1 style /2-3 min
  • Puzzle-Solving / Themed
