It's good to know when some of us will be away. We're moving. We lose the internet tomorrow. We won't have it back at the new place until February first. So, I'll maybe run down to the local library and occasionally drop in, but until then, don't expect anything of me. Hopefully I'll have a 'new' computer by then too. After he ran away, She called me saying she had involved the police... I went to the police station to clear things up only to be told there was no report made, but we were free to file our own.
We did indeed file our own report, having a civil stand in where the cop would explain that my friend, being of sound mind and over the age of 18, had every legal right to do as he pleased. This week has been quite the stressful experience. So I'll probibly be on a little less to ensure that things don't get out of hand. Not that I was on that often anyway. My father didn't care and said he was going to take all electronic devices out of my room anyway, in case something like this actually happens.

Like, giant hills and mountains and ##### and I want to climb and hike through and I just can't because my family is convinced that everybody here is a kidnapper or a mugger. But yeah, I spend a lot of time writing on the computer, which is nice when you're somewhere like Aruba because nice scenery does wonders for your creativity. I have a sneaking suspicion that it has A LOT to do with the computer being sent from Kentucky to Washington, in a four day long trip, during one of the area's biggest snow storm. So I'm going back to the old one I was using last year, I just have to find the power cord again, and my star key to put it back together with. What Chron is talking about, however, is different. You'll need to find out which key gets you access to your BIOS settings from the motherboard's manual. Alternately it should say 'Press F# to enter Setup', where # is from 1-12. From there you can change the order of devices to boot from. EDIT: I should doubly stress this, if you're in there and you see something that you don't understand DON'T #####ING TOUCH IT. I sent my own computer in for repair last year and they offered to salvage certain files for me before wiping my C drive and re-installing the operating system. I had already figured they were completely lost to me.

I don't really like having my cell phone go down though. I don't like using it for calling people or anything but I like it for planning and stuff, and mostly try to just text with it. I can definitely say that it was one of most all-around non-stop fun weekends I've had in an extremely long time. Basically, the classes themselves were equally engaging, hilarious, fun, and informative. And then AFTER the classes, I just get to hang out in frakking Chicago with one of my comedy buddies from college who also signed up with me. We went to a bunch of comedy shows, one on Friday and two on Saturday. Without a doubt, it's the most and hardest I've laughed in one weekend. It was also cool since there was a huge age range taking the classes. I was acting like a nutball in front of adults not only equal to my parents age, but some were decades older. And they were acting just as nutty. And when you're doing improv with a group of people, even in a class, you really get close to all of 'em. And these were all genuinely funny people that I had a blast doing this with. TL/DR: ALEC HAD FUN. Title: Re: The "I'll be gone for _______" topic. I'm still gone. I'm just checking in. The mother of the household has decided it would be a grand idea to give the house a little makeover. Baseboards have been destroyed and about everything from inside the house (including my computer) has been removed so the walls can be repainted and we can get new hardwood flooring. The past week or so, it's been painting, so I've been online very little on my mom's computer in the kitchen and with only a mattress in my room. Now the carpet is out. I'm litterally without a home or my own bed until the wood flooring sits for about 3 days. Oh well. Good news I'm sleeping over at Annie's house in the mean time. I can't handle what's going on right now, because literally my life has gone down the tubes and it needs fixing. I would say "I'll be on facebook", but I've decided to deactivate it because of my own personal problems. I'll probably activate it sometime in the long far future. I still plan on finishing my Mega Man X7 playthrough (I've already beaten it, I just have to add my commentary), but as soon as that's done, consider that my silent adios. Besides, as much as Mega Man is a childhood character for me, I need to act more like an adult now. Inafune left Capcom, so as of right now, there's no need to really be a fan anymore. Pretty much, what Majikn said was spot on. I've defined myself into a person who in the long run, I don't really like and I want to change that for the better. I might post something in the Creation Station or something if I ever feel like it, but my involvement in some things just isn't building me up into someone I want to be. I don't want to get into much detail about it, but I'll just say for the longest time, I've wanted to break out and be more mature and productive with my life. I was just too stubborn to actually do anything about it, because it's much easier to enjoy what you've got than to actually work on anything. I'm backed into a point in my life now where everything I used to enjoy I either enjoy it drastically less or not at all anymore. The things I WANT to do are either unavailable or inaccessible and it just feels I have nowhere to go. Too be perfectly blunt, I feel like I have absolutely no worth or value at all. If you haven't guessed it, yeah, I'm depressed. It's something that I could have fixed long ago, but I wanted other people or other resources to either substitute or fix it themselves. The Matrix is unfortunately one of those things. I've spent way too much on this website and related things that I now consider "a huge waste of time". I'm probably not going to be around much when the time comes, and if I ever stop by, it might be a post in my creation topic but I wouldn't count on it, it's just a thought.
