Yes! But matrix usually has the full sized one (a high quality image, I might add), and not even overshadowed by logos like that.

I love that image to death. There is no other image that nicely displays megaman.

I did. I searched, and searched for it in all kinds of archives, atomic fire usually has an awesome media database, but they merged into MMnetwork. sigh

I was going to go through the art archive, but no avail.

I wanted to find that mega man looking at you from a perspective that has him facing the background, yet he's holding up his buster and looking in your direction, the background had this mean looking enemy with a pinkish/purplish filter.
