... that wasn't Dr. Wily.  It was just another homage.  The equilivant of what you're saying is some guy named Zero who nas no relation to the MMX Zero at all save him name.  And then you wouldn't really be talking to "Zero", would you?

In this case I'm talking about an actual character though, because Zero only appeared in Legends a poster. I'm thinking of something like Wily's cameo appearance, where you can actually talk to him.

But anyways, if there were a Mega Man Legends 3, it would be cool if Capcom added Zero or a character like Zero in the game. It would be interesting. 

I like to think that Zero is long gone, which is where the Zetsabre comes in. If he were to appear as a character in Legends, it should only be as a cameo (like Wily).

I already hate this new dude.
