I don't know what possessed me to google MegaMan, but when I saw the news of MM10, I swear I almost megashat myself.

Personally, I really prefer the Light Armor from X1. It was the first armor I'd ever seen in a MegaMan game, and as it has been said, the sound the charged shot made was UN-FREAKIN'-BELIEVABLE

They're not the best they could make, but I think it would be cool to see in a full-on game.

And I know they're too big, you can just size them down, that wouldn't be too hard for Capcom to do, I don't think.

I think those are just references for the model kits they sold in the early 90s. I know because I bought like ALL of them (until the Gaea armor came out, at that point every single model became crap) and the drawing style on the box looked exactly like it does in the pictures. Well, there's was PokeMon, and Magic is still kickin'.

... and I heard Duel Masters was supposed to be fun, but that's only from word of one person really.

I've seen others play DBZ, DBGT, and InuYasha before; plus some rare sights of Wrestling, Full Metal Alchemist, and World of Warcraft being played.

Magic is cool because it stands on its own, and doesn't have a tv show to base itself off of.
Duel Masters, never played, DBZ just annoyed the hell out of me, Inuyasha I never heard of.

And the only reason PokeMon was good was because they actually encouraged you to play the game, unlike Yu-Gi-Oh where buying the cards was all that mattered. The commercials for Pokemon actually inspired you to play, while Yu-Gi-Oh was just "NEW POWERFUL DECK" but no one knows how to use it.

I'm afraid I'm with Rez on this one, bridging the classic and X series would totally decimate the MegaMan world as we know it. It could cause a time paradox and bring about the destruction of the universe.

I'm not saying one MegaMan versus all his rivals, I'm speaking of the MegaMen from their respective universes fighting their respective rivals

MegaMan - Bass

MegaMan X - Zero

MegaMan.exe - ProtoMan.exe

and so on

As for the first one, I think MegaMan would win this one. Yes, he's a pansy, and Bass is obviously a lot more menacing, but there's SOMETHING about MegaMan that always seems to give him an edge over Bass. I think, as far as raw power goes, Bass could run miles around MegaMan, but psychologically, something causes him to fall short.

MegaMan X and Zero, well I think we all know the answer to this one. Zero, all the way. Yes, X is the main character in the series, but you have to admit, Zero is always a much better player. Moreover, Zero's died a billion times and never seems to stay down (ironically enough, he vaguely resembles another blonde, red-suited figure who seems to die and magically return the next episode) Zero, when he's in control, also seems to have less reserve about fighting than X, so if the time came, he might be able to trash X. He's just the better fighter, to be blunt.

But there are variables, of course, as X could wield even more power than Zero if he just chose to let go.

I'm not going to discuss the other one because I don't care enough about the series, but I'd love to hear what you guys have to say.

Why does MegaMan keep deviating from the original design? That's really my only complaint (Aside from not actually playing as MegaMan anymore) that they're focusing on making Megs more and more human with each game. I HATE that.
