Hrm, this sounds interesting, and I will get around to reading it, but since moving back, I discovered a couple books I started reading, but never finished. Plus, I am near the end of Dirk Gently. I'm the same way with hardcover books. I hear they made a hardcover version of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency AND The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul in one book, so I'm definitely going to search that out since my paperbacks of both are worn and torn from who-knows-how-many readings.
Even my hardcover Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide is falling apart.
But yeah, have fun with the book, it should make your trip a tad more exciting.
My Ultimate Hitchhiker's is also falling apart.

I feel like Lunche, Edge, and Mike would all definitely be able to appreciate it. Maybe JC.
Oh. I love it. I'm about to get to those blue boxes. Page 115 right now and I'm entranced, but it's ruining my brain. So much to read and look at and learn about, considering the book is a research paper about fictional things with fictional sources. Posted on: January 21, 2009, 10:38:07 PM
There's a haunting part where Johnny tells you to not look away from the words on the page and imagine an atrocious beast just out of your sight, seconds away from digging his teeth "(or is it nails?)" into your jugular. So effective. It worked. Very well.
