This is an extremely interesting animation-type thing... it's kind of graphic at a couple spots (there's a strangely phallic segment) but it's all drawn and no worse than what you'd see on South Park or something like that. The novelty of the animation makes it worth it.

I don't know how iPod's came up but I'm certain the issue is that an adult did this to children with clearly malicious intent, not what the actual act was. Also, it's against the law there. And the kids probably didn't do much of anything. Here's my idea of how this played out;


Kid (soaked, annoyed) enters home.
Parent (fat): "What happened?"
Kid: "I got a splashed by a car and now my douchekitmusthave iPod Touch is wet."
Parent (still fat): "WHAAAAAAT?!"

And then the parent goes and complains to anyone they can until it's a big thing because this is 2009 and everyone is a #####ing cocknozzle with additional sidecar. Or that didn't happen at all, it doesn't matter. The police are perfectly right in this instance, it's just the dickbags who complained that are dickbags.

I'll check this out later but I have to comment that "no worse than what you'd see on South Park" doesn't mean anything since South Park is widely regarded as a pile of turd animation-wise by everyone in the universe including it's animators and creators and fans and non-fans and fan's dogs and fan's dogs' fish and everyone else in the universe like I previously said, you see.

I brought up iPods as a random example of anything that might get damaged from you being soaked. I could have mentioned a laptop or something instead. A fair amount of kids these days would have laptops, I'm sure.

I agree that the victims probably weren't the ones that actually went to the police; at least not until they realized they could get attention out of it as victims. I'm pretty sure it was just people who saw the video and reported it.

I agree that the police were right in that they were just doing their job.
