I brought up iPods as a random example of anything that might get damaged from you being soaked. I could have mentioned a laptop or something instead. A fair amount of kids these days would have laptops, I'm sure.

Ah, OK.

"no worse than what you'd see on South Park" doesn't mean anything since South Park is widely regarded as a pile of turd animation-wise

I think he meant in terms of NSFW content.

You'll likely appreciate this video more than most of the folks here though.

Ah, OK.

Not that I care much for McDonald's, but... seriously? Who's complaining about cow eyes even if the rumour WAS true?

I'm certain cow eyes are very edible and they might even be delicious if you took a chance to try them. And I'd certainly be pissed if I found out people were just throwing them away. Think of all the people you could feed with cow eyes! But I imagine they're actually used in pet food anyway.

Eyeballs are considered a delicacy by some (silly) people.

They're also used much for science, especially in the grade school levels.

The typing skills of those two people made my eyes bleed.

That long paragraph near the end by the one person who actually didn't type like a retard was such a relief.

I liked it because somehow those two homophones mustered up some brilliant comedic timing at the end there.

Yes, comedic timing can be written. And yes, I meant to write homophones. Well, I meant to write "homophobes" but I wrote "homophones" instead and it made me laugh so it's staying.

I like that you picked "etc." to correct instead of "measges."

Also, I never thought of screen-capping the Facebook comments I make.

I missed "measges" my first time around, and realized it after I made the screenshot.

If I didn't, I would've picked that. Or maybe both.

It's almost insulting that they then go on to attempt justifying themselves.

Just because spoken language has gotten lazy doesn't mean that written language should.

I don't see how taking away 2 or 3 letters from a word makes typing it any faster.

The only time I truncate my typing is when I'm mocking people who truncate their typing. Also under high-pressure situations if absolutely necessary, but I really prefer to follow the rules.

I'm a HUGE fan of typing in all-lowercase sans punctuation for comedic effect. I do it quite a bit on Facebook and around here, I believe. Basically, it's just a way of saying "don't take this seriously" or "this is meant to be humorous."

I can only find one picture of the cube unfortunately. The other 3 sides are hidden.

There are different kinds of cubes though, apparently...

I could probably find more, but I don't want to.

Kudos to them for acting the part (albeit with pop culture knowledge) regardless of the shallow saccharin trype they're performing beside.

Ewoks > Anything having to do with Better Homes & Gardens

It seems they were only there to distract from said trype, and in fact, ruin the segment for the Home and Garden people. You'll notice that Brian Gumble was easily distracted by their shenanigans, and everyone stopped caring about devil eggs, or whatever.

I would too. BHnG had a time spot, but the show probably paid for those ewoks (those are some high quality ewoks, damn it) so it would only make sense that they wanted to film what they were paying for.

Of course, if I was that woman from BHnG I would have punted one of those little bastards to get my point across.

Which would have made for an awesome video anyway.
