Meh, I feel that these games games are pretty decent, at least in Easy Scenario. I'm half-way through MMZ3 now. Although the ranks piss me off, especially since you need higher ranks to get stuff from bosses now (and I always end up with B-Rank, I can't seem to get higher). Another thing that pisses me off is getting less than 100% in the Mission rank. I got 0% in the water race against that one reploid even though I'm pretty sure I beat him. In a lot of missions the game doesn't make it clear what I need to do to get 100% too.

Still, it's a nice time waster, and the similar gameplay to X makes it enjoyable. I'll just beat this and get it over with.

...then after that I'll play ZX for the first time. >.>

ZX is worse than Zero.  Enjoy changing forms ever 3rd screen to do basic movements.

I think it's better than Zero because it's at least fun enough that you want to beat it, and there really isn't much about it that's annoying.  I never wanted to play ZXA though.

Did... you actually PLAY it?  You have to change forms ALL THE #####ING TIME.  Just do get across gaps, climb a wall or even #####ing TALK TO PEOPLE.  Other than that it has a lot of the same problems Zero did as far as stage design.  ZXA is even worse as they doubled the number of forms.  and Axl.

I'm good at multitasking. I like ZX and ZXA well enough.

Holy crap, Rez, you must HATE Zelda games where it may sometimes take you even longer to go through a room because you have to keep changing items in the menu every two seconds.

The live whatsit transformations take about the same time as that, and you don't even have to fiddle around with bottles!

I mean sure, I hate the fact that in order to get what you'd normally get in an X game (being able to hover, air dash, etc) has to be accomplished by constantly switching, I felt the actual game itself was less of an annoyance than the Zero series.

Bosses didn't feel as #####ing cheap in ZX at least, felt a lot more X like during fights, then ZXA happened and it all became as #####ty as MMZ.

I must be the only one who actually liked* ZXA a bit more than ZX

*This is a very close call. It's so close, I probably could change my opinion in an instant. I mean, Model X isn't in ZXA, and that is one of the better models...

I've still not played ZXA because I was heavily unimpressed with ZX as is.

I don't recall ever having to constantly equip new items in Zelda to clear rooms.

And ZXA is the X7 of Zero/ZX.  HE LOOK I'M AXL I'M THE STAR!!!! I'M SO COOL!!!!

Have you ever played a Zelda game?

I was thinking the same thing.

I can't be that picky with ZX. The models in ZX were VERY good as well as having their own function. In ZXA, I just felt like the boss transformations were a little bonus. Some had fun uses, but for the most part, they weren't necessary. You didn't want to play as a Boss for most of the game, unless you're just fooling around (which I did for quite a few of them and enjoyed it. Others... not so much).

So I can understand the hate for ZXA when you talk about the Boss Transformations, but the models aren't bad.

Yeah, I tended to use each of them quite a lot.

Model F and L I didn't make much use of outside of needing them (and L was used more than F), but H and P?  Yeah, I basically never touched model Zx after I got P.

Yeah, I literally use H everywhere.

Rez would also say the same statement.
