Saw The Strangers last night.  Pretty good.  Liv Tyler is sexy.

I watched Iron Man on Monday. It was cool. But not super cool. Just cool.

Iron Man is like a maturized Megaman who's lost his taste for blue and anti-alchoholism.

I suggest you watch this.

No, I meant like the costume colors and Stark's drinking habits, and . . . never mind.

I've heard how awesome Iron Man is, and to compare it to Mega Man for some reason actually makes me think less of it.

Not a whole lot mind you, but a tiny bit.

I saw Prince Caspian last night. I thought it was pretty good, certainly a lot better than the first one. Hopefully this one makes enough money so they make Dawn Treader.

I also watched 17 minutes of City Dragon, a kung fu flick that I picked up over at a dollar store. Wow, this movie is amazingly terrible...starring M.C. Kung Fu. Who says everything in rhyme. Thankfully, I finished my lunch and popped it out of the DVD player...whether I pop this in again remains to be seen.

You can find a great double feature at the dollar store.
'Attack of the Giant Gila Monster' (actually not that bad, still great with friends)
and 'The Creature From the Haunted Sea' (worst filming I've ever seen, basically so lame it's hysterical).

The next "bad movie" on my list is Teeth. We never actually buy any usually,  but I might make an exception with Teeth.
It's become an epic joke with my friends, we always reference it and how stupid it sounds but we've never gotten off our asses to watch it.

My favourite part is when she's going after the truck and she's in the tank like "Tank Giiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrlllllllll!" I don't know why. Tank Girl's such a badass. And Jet Girl is pretty sassy (not in the movie, but by the end of it at least and apparently in the comics).

I'm gonna start reading the comics at work.

Yeah they're showing on Tuesday. Whether it's good depends on you, really. It's one of those old 1995 post apocalyptic punk rock movies based off a comic book. I personally love Tank Girl. It stars the girl who played Kit in A League Of Their Own (one of my favourite movies from back in the day) and, get this, Ice T is in it!

I liked it. It was pretty WTF a lot of times but I really liked it. Especially the comic book parts.

Saw Don't Mess With The Zohan today.

It was pretty cruddy. I honestly didn't think it was anything special. Yes, there were tons of funny parts, but for the most part it just wasn't a good movie and you could easily live without seeing it.

I didn't think it was anything mega-special either, but I think the parts that were funny were enough to warrant a movie ticket to watch them though.

I ranged from laughing really hard to getting really annoyed that the movie wouldn't just END already.

Kung Fu Panda was much better.

My friend guessed one of the plot-point "twists" early on, but it was so cliche and obvious that I was dumbfounded that he'd actually lean over and say "I bet this is going to happen: _________."

When the reveal in the movie came up an hour later or whatever I said really loud in the theater "HEY DARRYN DO YOU WANT A GOLD MEDAL HEY HEY WAIT I BET THERE'S GOING TO BE A JOKE WITHIN THE NEXT MINUTE OH WAIT THERE IT IS DO I GET A GOLD MEDAL NOW" and nobody got mad, the rest of the audience laughed with me and my friends while Darryn moped and acted all angry.

It was like my friend trying to spoil Indiana Jones for me by saying that Shia LeBouf was Indie's son. Everyone knew that the day he was CAST as Indie's son.

I didn't know that, but assumed that, so it's cool you said it. I'm going to see Indy on tuesday, finally.

I still want to see Zohan, don't care what you say. Mainly because my friend who is from Israel and has a similar accent (they didn't really get it right) wants to see it and I'm just gonna pretend it's all possible and that my friend can do everything the Sandman does in the movie and does so on a regular basis.

I saw Taxi Driver the other night after picking it up at Wal-Mart for $6. Great movie...it kept me guessing the whole time because I really had no idea what Travis was going to do next.

I also watched Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull last night with my folks. I thought it was pretty good and fun, but not great. It got more ridiculous as it went on, and I'm not sure that I really liked the whole sci-fi approach that they took with this one. Oh well; it was one hell of a ride and I wouldn't mind seeing another one.

Going to stay up extra just to watch it.

Seen the first one last night, loved it. Heard II was the best and III was the worst. Going to watch II soon. Going to watch III anyway tomorrow.

Wrong. The first one is the best, the second one is good, and the third one is pile of steaming cannibalized transient bodies.

The second one is just fun 'cause of Vanilla Ice and Super Shredder.

I went to the premiere of the Incredible Hulk last night.

IT WAS AWESOME.

Holy crap, so so so sosaidfoaisjfoasidfj goooooooooood.  And Liv Tyler is sexy.  Again.  That's two sexy movies she's in that I've seen this year.  Ed Norton did an outstanding job as the Hulk, it was amazing.  The Abomination/Hulk fight was SUPREME.  Giasf9sdu8hf I wanna see it again. Right now.

God there were SO many throwbacks to the classic Hulk TV show.  Like a newly-arranged "The Lonely Man" segment, and friggin Lou Ferrigno.  And of course Stan Lee had the most awesome role of all,
as being the only person in the entire United States to drink the ONE bottle that was poisoned by Banner's gamma infected blood, hahaha
Just go see it. Today.

It gets a million points.

I'll give you odds that the twist in it (because I'm pretty sure this one actually has one) is that's just The Reckoning from biblical and all the people who live are actually the damned one. But that's just my guess from trailers/commercials and I could easily be wrong.

Got back from watching the Zohan, pretty okay. Needed more action and flipadeedoo's. The only good humor was the stuff coming from the Zohans mouth. It was a 5/10, wouldn't buy the DVD or own it in any other way..
