Just saw The Incredible Hulk. It was great. I'm not gonna bother comparing it to Iron Man like everyone undoubtedly has/will. They're both equally great but are totally different from each other so there's no point talking about them together.

Anyway there's nothing I didn't like (except that holding Hulk's hand showed how much he wasn't actually there, but it was fine). Just that it ended, and I even had to pee for the ENTIRE movie. Like even going into the theatre but there was a line outside and I didn't want to leave it, though I could have as my friends would have stayed there. Whatever. I made it.

Don't bother to stick around for credits, there's nothing at all after them (and thank God they aren't as #####ing long as Iron Man's).

I think now that Marvel isn't outsourcing anything in their movies, the quality will be constantly up to par with these two. Iron Man and Incredible Hulk were done with the same quality as Spider-Man 2. Like it just LOOKS great and quality, if you catch my drift.

Like... Spider-Man 3, looked very cheaply done and just not as clean and fine tuned as #2, for example. And X-Men 3 looked about the same as Spider-Man 3. Iron Man, Incredible Hulk, and Spider-Man 2 were made on a whole other level of quality, I can't really describe it so I hope you all get what I mean.

You are easily wrong.

Then I expect the twist is dumb. Unless there isn't one. Either way I have absolutely no plans to see it. I looks good but I just don't really care enough.

I saw Indy and Kung Fu Panda (drive in movie double feature).
Good movies.
Nothing to say that hasn't been said.

My friends saw The Hulk when I was in Baltimore but, hey, we saw IronMan twice, so if this is just as good I might convince them to go again.

Otherwise I'll have to resort to another friend... I hate taking her to movies because she talks the whole damn time. I saw The Golden Compass and Jumper with her and both times she was asking questions like "is that even possible?" or "what movie is he/she from?" and such.
If it wasn't my second time seeing The Golden Compass I would've been angry, because I had been anxiously awaiting that movie.

Saw Hulk.  Excellent movie.  Not as good as Iron Man, but then I think Iron Man was the best Marvel comic to movie ever (yes, it's better than all 3 Spider Man movies).  Hulk, never the less, was still fantastic.  Was Marvel in charge of the FF and Daredevil movies?  If so, I guess even Marvel can ##### up thier own movies, if not, they need to reboot FF and Daredevil like they did Hulk.

Before Iron Man, Marvel used to outsource their movies. Mainly on the writing end of it, I guess. So I'm really sure FF and Daredevil are other people's fault.

I'd love to see FF fixed so Doom is.... DOOM.  And not some schmuck business man in a trench coat with a hood.

I watched Rise of the Silver Surfer on HBO or something a month or so back.

It was horrible, and you can't get around that no matter how you spin it. Even the special effects sucked.

I didn't mind either of the FF movies THAT much. The first one was pretty dumb and all, obviously, but I didn't care since I was sure it would be. The only reason I saw the second one was because Silver Surfer was in it. It was better than the first. Surfer was awesome for all the 7 minutes he was actually Silver Surfer until whatever crap happened to him and he became some loser painted pewter.

Galactus was total ass. I figured they wouldn't do the real Galactus, sure, but they didn't even do the Ultimate version which they so love to use for everything in their movies. I don't really like Ultimate Marvel, like, at all, but I get it. They just made him a storm with like a cloudy hand or claw or some weird thing. It was like the Beast Planet from Shadow Raiders or Unicron but made entirely gaytown USA.

Doom sucked ass in both movies. That wasn't even close to how awesome Doom is. He's my favourite comic villain and they #####ed him over.

Anyway both movies were bad but they weren't as bad as Daredevil, which doesn't make any sense at anytime in the movie and is totally #####. I could probably (but won't) watch both FF movies again. But Daredevil just makes me physically angry.

Funny thing is, the actor who played Doom, Julian McMahon, can actually do a really good European Accent, but was asked not to.

I think if the script... If just about everything wasn't horrible, he'd have been a decent Doom.

Script was my main problem with both FF movies. The acting itself is meh, even though some of the actors can do better. I thought the special effects for The Silver Surfer while he as still silver and a badass were cool.

It was more a reference to the costume they used for Doom than the actor.

The originals suck so bad that if you the FF Essential Vol. 1, the first three issues they don't even have their powers yet. And in those days comics were monthly AT BEST, so they had a lot more pages per issue.

The FF comics nowadays are so-so. Depends on who's writing the arc and which FF book you're reading. I read a bit recently, but.. Meh. Stopped reading.

I watched "Let's Go To Prison" recently.

It was a very dark comedy but I enjoyed it for what it was. An interesting viewing, to say the least.
It's very different than a lot of the stuff you see nowadays and delightfully unique in terms of plot.
Sure, it's got a lame twist but it sort of fit, you know?

All in all it was pretty bland and felt really empty, and there wasn't anything very special about it. It wasn't particularly funny at all and it certainly wasn't dramatic either, and the story was nothing noteworthy, so I guess what I'm saying is... it's interesting in its own right, but not really all that good.

Will Arnett is really underplayed, too, compared to what I've seen in Arrested Development and even Blades of Glory.

The Fantastic Four is meh, to be sure, but one thing is certain: DOOM IS MADE OF VILLIAN BADASSNESS.  He's easily one of Marvel's best villians, right up there with Magneto.

What about in the old Guardians of the Galaxy when doom was completely an adamantium robot (except his brain was still his) and he had Wolverine's claws because apparently he kills Wolverine in the future?

Anyway Love Guru was OK. It's pretty much Austin Powers type humour with new characters. Starts worse than it ends up, but it's still just alright. Nothing great.

Well what else is new? The only reason Clone High isn't on is because people got pissed at the Ghandi character, who was the best one. And in the nest Iron Man movie, doesn't anyone really think that no one will get offended by a villain called The  Mandarin?

I'll get pissed if its like the Amazing Iron Man animated movie. Seriously, Mandarin comes back, possesses some chick and Tony gets all emotional, thus freeing her from the Mandarin. BECAUSE THATS HOW YOU BEAT SUPER VILLAINS

They're apparently going to do it more like the whole Extremis arc in Iron Man. Where the Mandarin is trying to make the world really Darwinist so that only the strongest end up surviving. Which is just a ripoff of a few other Marvel villains.

What I liked was that Disney doesn't like commercials, so we didn't have to add the corporate commercials to the trailer pack for all that crap before the feature presentation, meaning it starts sooner. Of course that means when I check the movie when it starts, it goes straight to that #####ing Beverly Hills Chihuahua trailer, but it's easier for me to check the sound that way... not that I ever need to.

And oh yeah, I enjoyed the movie, except there was a misframe during the screening, meaning there was a line in the middle of the screen, and the bottom of the frame showing above the line, and the top showing below the line, so I had the keys thrown at me during the movie and I had to run out of the auditorium and all the way upstairs to fix it. But that has nothing to do with the quality of the film itself, it was just... unusual. I liked it though, I just missed a part.

Then there was a second misframe at the credits, and I'm like "How the hell did he manage that?" One of our staff at each time is responsible for making up the films, and I was trained on it recently, and I find it actually quite difficult to ##### up. It's just a matter of using your eyes and cutting on the proper line.

I really they tell the story well without dialogue, that I knew. I'm just not sure if I'd rather see something else in theatres and wait for DVD for Wall-E.
