That show was so much better than it got credit for in the day.

"Shoebies" and "Squid" and "My name's not Maurice!"... aaaaaah, those were the times.

I went and saw "Burn after reading" the other day. I liked it, it was pretty weird, but over all it was pretty hilarious.

I kind of want to see that.

I FINALLY watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 last night and I'm JUST about to finish up with Vol. 2 in a little bit.

I don't know WHAT it is about Tarantino films that really just gets my blood pumping.

I was kind of hoping the fight with Bill would be super action-packed and climactic, but I still like the way he did it.

Seriously, though, there's something about Tarantino films that just make me get absorbed in them. I get really excited and into what's going on. I think it's because he spends so much time making you really get to know and understand the characters so well and on such a personal level that you REALLY care about what's going on.

So, I found out Simon Pegg was signed on to do Tarantino's next movie, but then he was forced to drop out of it due to scheduling issues. Man, that sucks. That would've perfect.

So, yeah: movies I currently want to see despite one or maybe two of them not being out yet: "Burn After Reading," "Sex Drive," and "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People."

Burn After Reading should be in other theatres, because they've been playing at mine for I believe two weeks.

Don't think it is because we only just got a standee for it last Friday, and usually those stick around for a little while before we scrap them, otherwise we don't bother making them.

They are not 1 and 2, they are not "two" movies.

And Mike, about your earlier comment about Vol. 1 and 2 being completely different in style:

I'd say it's more TONE that they're different in, rather than style. Because it's definitely Tarantino style all the way through both movies: that is, rapidly changing film styles unexpectedly throughout.

Choke was bad.

Very bad.

Palahniuk's method of narration really doesn't work well as a voice over.

I hear they're making a movie from Atlas Shrugged now as well.

There's no way that WON'T piss all over the book.

I'm currently reading it. And though it probly makes me a bad person, I actually like it so far. One third in anyway.

Sure, I'll go "See" this movie.

If by "see" you mean "Do something that isn't really supposed to be discussed here" then you'd be right.

I bought Sin City today FINALLY for $9.99.

Low on cash so my movie-purchasing flow has slowed down quite a bit. Not only that, but I haven't been to the theater in ages to see a new movie.

I still need to see I Am Legend, and I completely never saw the first new Batman.

Anyway, Sin City's been on my list of must-see for a long time now.

Glad I finally got it.

#####ing LOVED it. This is the new age of action movies.

I like Dwight's story best. He's definitely the coolest, even in the comics. Even with his different face(s).

Well, I've not read all the Sin City books, but most of them. I need to read like, Hell And Back and maybe one other one.

It doesn't matter. Because as cool as he is in the books, he's more awesome when he's Clive Owen.

I really wish they did Dwight's first story... First. Since I felt like I was missing something when I saw it in theaters. Also, I like A Dame To Kill For better than Big Fat Kill.

I don't. Not in the movie anyway. In book form I could go either way but the movie sways the decision. Other Marv stories I actually like better.

I liked not knowing Dwight's 'first' story first.

I saw The Boondock Saints for the first time last week. That was an awesome flick; after watching it, I immediately went out to Wal-Mart to pick it up on DVD...but they were all sold out. Apparently other people out there discovered the awesomeness of this movie at the same exact time.

I'm probably going to see Max Payne this weekend.

I'm pretty good at turning off my brain during action movies (except for the scene with the fighter jet in Live Free or Die Hard), so I'll probably enjoy it in some form.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno looks FABULOUS, you twat.

I'm definitely in the mood for another GOOD comedy, and this looks it can live up to that for me.

Max Payne looks very lame. Didn't see Saw IV so I won't see Saw V yet. And the new Bond definitely DOES look fantastic.

#####tard. You fail on numerous levels. All movies with Seth are stupid. That's what they're made to be. Funny stupid. Doy.

Pineapple Express was gold, but by the previews of this new movie, it doesn't look anywhere near as good as Knocked Up and/or P.E. I guess stupid movies appeal to the younger crowd.

I like that movie a bunch, but I find it's one of those overhyped mothers.

I could've seen that Make a Porno flick on monday night but I know that if I go I'll be wicked tired tuesday morning at work and I'd need to find someone to go on short notice.

I don't think Quantum Of Solace looks good or bad, but firmly in between, one ass cheek on either side of the fence.

Saw ONE commercial for Max Payne ONCE, but it looks cool. Never played the game but I don't care about that.

Girlfriend dragged me to go see W. instead of Max Payne tonight. Wasn't a bad flick; was actually better than I thought it would be.

Before the movie started, there were two movie previews that really stuck out to me.

Transporter fans: It might be old news, but the 3rd installment is coming out next month, I believe. I happen to be a huge fan of the Transporter, and this is one movie I'm definitely looking forward to.

Another movie is The Spirit. Yes, from the comic. Made by the same people that made Sin City, so this movie should kick ass.

Saw that just a while ago, looks great.

I just happened to catch the last bit of Short Circuit, oh man, the nostalgia just tackled me! And right before the scene happened I remembered.. "wait.. number 5 dies.. D:"

I remember crying at the drive in when that happened, I loved that robot..
