I just feel like this is as good a time as any to throw in the funniest line I've heard about Quantum of Solace from a while back before I forget to share it forever:

"I hope it isn't as faggy as its title."

Maybe it's natural to his personality.

Yes, which would be fine if we knew anything about him before that post.

It's like meeting someone and then minutes later being like, "Yeah! And you know me and my patches jackets!"

Like, no. I don't. I don't know that.

Oh, Alec.

Anyway I was mocking, in a joking sort of way. I haven't really seen the movie so I can't vouch for how natural it would be to rate it your second favourite Bond movie.

So I saw The Spirit.
It was okay.
It felt like watching a comic book.
It dragged at points.
The action was hilariously over the top.
Samuel L. Jackson is the #####.
It was funny sometimes.
And the whole movie was pretty hot.
But I can see why a bunch of people don't like it.
The credits were really hard to sit through with that annoying-ass song playing the whole time.

I watched Get Smart.

Unlike the original TV show, I really liked this. It wasn't the all-slapstick comedy I thought it was going to be.

Stevey was great, as always.

Where reportedly bad stories take place, maybe.

Not really. Maybe it was because I was too young to understand anything. I'll try watching it again when it's on TV.

Because of your female hormones or because it was truly emotionally moving?

Well, he does kill himself in a bathtub, except he doesn't use a razor on his wrist! What he does use is a twist!

I'm still mad you said that Wind, because I might've watched the movie thinking maybe he wouldn't end up doing it.

And I really wanted to see that but now I'm kind of put off, but I'm supposed to see it with someone so I guess I'll still go.

Saw Gran Torino the other day. I really liked it.

Though not everyone's acting was up to the job.

Eastwood kind of out-acted everyone in the movie.

I just watched Mr. Jingles.

......wow........this was......ugh. The camera sucked, the actors sucked, the story sucked, the MOVIE sucked. Why did Liongates produce this? WHY? It's like the budget for this film was $100. I mean......GOD! I've wasted my life! AND THREE DOLLARS. GAAAH!!

Y-you know what? W-we need Pennywise again. mkay? He was awesome. I-I can't wait to see the remake of IT on Sci-Fi.

Well, anyway, sorry if I sound really stupid with all the CAPITAL LETTERS, but.....it was that bad.......GAAAAAH!!!!!!!

I-I need to watch a good movie. R-right away! Where's my copy of Citizen Kane?!

People keep saying it's oscar material, and Bradd Pitt did a spectacular job in it, blah blah blah.

It was good, but not that good. Pitt has done a better job in other movies (Meet Joe Black, Seven, Fight Club, just to name a few).

I thought some of the acting was a little cheesy, and the plot was a little weird. But, yeah it;s fun to watch. But how could you enjoy a movie on an air plane? Won't you're ears hurt? Mine do.

My brother has terrible ear problems from years of infections and other junk. I think he has a small permanent hole in or near his ear drum or something. I really don't know the specific. Basically, he hates plane rides.

But actually, my portable DVD player is perfect for everything BUT planes, because on planes, for WHATEVER reason, it's almost impossible to hear anything coming out of it, even with headphones. Possibly WORSE with headphones. I really don't get it.

I've always had that problem, so I don't usually watch movies on airplanes.

This time, though, my dad brought his own DVD player, and the sound worked perfectly. I was baffled and it felt like a slice of heaven.

But aside from all that, I really don't get what you're asking.

A large majority of the passengers on most airplanes I've been on in recent years have an iPod or MP3 player of sorts, and listen to them for a majority of the ride. What's the difference between listening to music and listening to the audio on a DVD? I don't get what you mean. What's hard about either?

Ears hurting due to pressure has nothing to do with that.

I bought Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Resident Evil: Degeneration the other day. Haven't watched either of them yet.

I watched part of Wing Commander last night. I got giddy again as I watched it, even though I know that it isn't that good of a movie.

It's a TERRIBLE movie, but it's so great because it's Wing Commander and the subject material was uber-campy anyway.

Resident Evil: Degeneration

Tell us how it is.

Also, never EVER ANY OF YOU watch "Street Racer," it's a lamest cheesiest crap ball of a movie ever made.

It's a modern street racing movie where they made the cars go fast by speeding up the film.

At first I thought you said "Speed Racer" and then remembered that Speed Racer, the user, liked it and that you also just quoted him so I thought a whole thing was gonna start. And then I read it correctly and shut up.

By the way, Catwomen is going to be in the third new Batman movie. So the rumors say......

Yeah, the Riddler is always white. We totally own that.

And the new Batman movies shouldn't have actors like that. If they want a movie that's as good, or possibly better than Dark Knight, they can't be so quick with decisions. But, yeah, it's a rumor. But if it was true.......

It's a TERRIBLE movie, but it's so great because it's Wing Commander and the subject material was uber-campy anyway.

What really kills the movie is that they cut out the whole "Pilgrim traitor" subplot out of the film because test audiences were too damn dumb to remember Admiral Bill Wilson (the traitor) is the guy that they saw in command of the Pegasus station at the beginning.

By cutting it out, it creates this huge jump as to why Maverick and the one commander suddenly get along, why Maverick lost his cross, and OH YEAH, why the Pilgrims are hated in the first place.

Still, the ending is great. The first time I saw it I was like "What is he doing? He's going to die...whaaaaaat. Are you serious? THAT IS SO AWESOME!"

Right. If they ever put anything with Robin into the current line of Batman movies, Christian Bale said he'd walk.

I want to see Catwoman in a movie but they could make her awful so I don't know. I'm worried enough that having The Riddler as the new villain is going to make the plot of the movie little more than Se7en with Bat-costumes no matter who's playing him.
