This is what I speculate what it was like when Noah got off the ark when the giant flood ended... except on marijuana and ecstasy.

Haha, how'd you find that video of Trevor? Did you add him on Facebook or something?

For those two of you who don't know already, Trevor's a good friend of mine and genuinely the funniest up-and-coming comedian I know. Definitely check that video out, it's a lot of his best stuff - I've heard it countless times and I still laugh at every one of his jokes.

And for those who care more about me, here's MY latest set:

Youtube Trevor Smith comedy and you'll actually find him.

I saw that set and liked it, too. So like, keep doing that.
I still think "You're a clone" might sound better though.

I do like "You're a clone" and it was how I had it written at one point - "You were cloned at birth, you died once before" - but I was making it too complicated and I thought simply using the other punch-line would work better... but I might try out "You're a clone" and see what kind of reaction it gets.

And just try harder, John.

Nicely done. Great obligatory "WAIT A MINUTE - the villain is not quite dead!" ending. Oh, spoilers!

What a wasted sammich...

The sandwich was from Quizno's; they helped us make a sub that would "explode"...filled with olives, peppers, and a ton of lettuce on a toasted roll that was cut completely open.

That was actually the second take of the sandwich scene, because I winced right before getting hit. Since we didn't have a second sandwich to use, we had to pick up as much of the filing as we could and get it back on the flimsy roll. So what was a veggie sub now had dirt and twigs in there. Needless to say, I pretended to eat the roll for that shot.

Right, I've actually read almost every comic where Luke Cage even APPEARS and while I like "The Old Spice guy" I don't think he fits the role at all. His voice is fine but his look is completely wrong, like his entire bone structure is way off from body shape to face.

Also I'd like to know why they chose to give him glowing eyes.

I'm really surprised I'm about to say what I'm about to say: I think Tyrese Gibson fit better.

I wouldn't mind Isaiah Mustafah as Luke Cage, just as I don't mind Christian Bale as Batman. Still, there are better choices I think.

There was this one dude in Thor who I thought looked like a Luke Cage cameo, but I don't know why he'd be working for SHIELD (albeit in ignorance).
I didn't even point out the possibility that it was Luke Cage because I knew nobody in 5 miles would know who I was referring to.

That's not official, that's a home-made 'audition tape' for the part done by "The Old Spice Guy". The guy has wanted to play Luke Cage in movies for an eternity, apparently, it's what got him into acting.

I know it's nothing official, I'm just saying.

And it's cool would love to play Power Man, but to make a point; So would I. So would NICOLAS Cage. Neither of us are right for the role at all either.

Isaiah Mustafa's mega-cool and all, but his whole look is way off base I don't think they "Tobey Maguire Spider-Man" him into a proper look. Like, among other things his whole frame doesn't fit, he's just not wide enough.

Luke Cage is a power-house, so much so that in the 70's he punched through Doctor Doom's armor (a feat which Doom even mentioned The Thing, and possible The Hulk, still hadn't managed to do).

But where are you going to find a guy that size that can act?
For a hollywoodification it seems acceptable, compared with some of the other crap out there.

And I never knew Luke Cage did that. He just got even cooler.

He doesn't need to be giant but he needs to be a big guy. There's loads of big black actors. The point is Isaiah is a leaner dude, and would fair better as the Black Panther or something (body type-wise, I don't know much about Black Panther).
