Guys, stop talking about Homestruck. Unsounded is better.

http://unsoundedcomic.com/  (usually mostly SFW. A few rare boob shots.)

A comic so good, I paid money to. (see attachment.)

Also, Webcomics thread.

Oh I see how it is.

I have numerous RSS subscriptions, but my favoured ones are all ones that I've read for a very long period of time, and they started at a low quality and improved over time. I don't know if I still value that as much, but it had an appeal at the time, and it also intrigued. There were less career-level webcomics when I was younger, or at least, I was ignorant to them.

I always preferred the story comics to the ones that felt like daily-types, but now I like both kinds.

I started reading Gunnerkrigg Court, which is awesome.

No, really.
It's not one of those webcomics that feels like it was manufactured entirely for ad revenue, but nor is it the kind that is too crappy to bother reading. It's genuine artistic goodness. For me, at least. Hopefully it remains that way for years to come.

And, just because it's easier to quote Wikipedia:
The comic tells the story of Antimony Carver, a young girl who has just started attending a strange and mysterious school called Gunnerkrigg Court, and the events that unfold around her as she becomes embroiled in political intrigues between Gunnerkrigg Court and the inhabitants of the Gillitie Wood, a forest outside the school. The comic's style and themes include elements from science, fantasy creatures, mythology from a variety of traditions, and alchemical symbols and theories; the literary style is heavily influenced by mystery and manga comics.

I'd say it's kind of like a chilled out version of Harry Potter, except with better character development (so far) and the Court is themed sort of antithetical to Hogwarts, while retaining that same sense of awe and mystery.

It's weird, considering my industry and also how much I like and know about comics, but I never could really get into webcomics.

I've been watching that Strip Search show a bit though, and it's good enough. I hated some of the people.

I don't know, can you guys recommend something you'd think I'd be into? I don't really like the autobiographical ones... Which is a lot of them...

Gunnerkrigg Court, which Majikn talked about a bit above. It is really #####ing fantastic.

The art may be a little eh at first but it quickly improves.
