Our job is to prevent disasters, not to help word things out correctly so yous chumps can understand things better. Now if you don't wanna be hit by a hurricane-tidal wave-earthquake-sex-volcano, I'd ##### my mouth if I were you.

It reads that if you were NovaMan you'd put your NovaDick in preventerWIND's wavehole. Which is his flappy mouth.

It reads that if I were Nova, I'd poop(for lack of the other word) my mouth. It's not ruining my image, it's ruining Nova's. Assuming we switch back bodies afterwards.

You're the one assuming the gay. God knows why you put so much thought into it either.

I didn't, that's how it reads because five pound symbols are ambiguous and what you say it means is barely a sentence.

I'm playing Okami.
It's an a'ight game, but the controls to attack with the Wii Remote really suck.

I'm also playing Sonic Unleashed.
Normal sonic parts are FRIGGIN AMAZING.
Werehog PISSES ME OFF AND I HATE IT.
IT'S LIKE THE CRAPPIEST PLATFORMING BRAWLER I'VE EVER PLAYED.

It reminds me a lot of crash bandicoot actually.
And I HATE crash.

Ugh... I really do believe Sega wants to run down Sonic to the ground. That's why I'll never get Unleashed... only half of it is good.

I got the PS2 version so I wouldn't know, is it really that bad? I woulda thought you'd have more control over your brushstrokes with the Wii Remote.

Oh, I'd think you would, too. But he's talking about attacking normally. I don't know. Him saying that makes me wonder if I should be glad I got the PS2 version before the Wii version came out.

Oh, and I really enjoyed the game, regardless.

The brush strokes are pretty easy to nail, you just have to be lined up perfectly with the sensor bar though.

To attack in battle, you have to just swing the Wii remote though, the problem is that if you don't swing at the EXACT right time it breaks your combo, and 90% of the time when I swing my Wii Remote, it doesn't register. You have to either swing really hard or hit the Wii remote off of something.
When I fight, I have to hit myself in the leg with wiimore to get it register that I'm swinging it.

Yeah, I'd figure it was something like that.

Glad I got the PS2 version, then. Thanks for that input.

Well, the Wii version is still amazing.
I can drop bombs like madman during battles, and using the brush only takes like 1 second, while I hear the PS2 version is more along the lines of not using the brush much at all because it slows the game down.

It just makes the battles fought differently.

Also, if you use any bead type weapons, the combo doesn't break and the battles are great.
I'm using the first bead weapon right now.

Brush strokes in the PS2 version take awhile to get used to but fortuanately the game is fairly lenient on them.

I hear beads are the the only weapons people really can use  correctly on the Wii.

Got 40 hours in Okami so far, I think I'm half way now.

For some reason I've been craving to play RPGs lately. So I'm replaying Baten Kaitos. I've never been able to beat it cause I suck at things but I'm having a super easy time this time around. Also it has some of the worst voice acting I've ever heard.

I also ordered Tales of Symphonia, whee.

I didn't notice.
But then the only reason I ever pick up that game and jam it in the Cube is to stare at Sheena for a bit, get bored, remember how pathetic I am for staring at Sheena, and then I go play some Gunstar Heroes.

That's because everyone has been playing it since it came out.
Try using all of the classes, though. You may find you do better with some of them than others.

I am at least able to stay alive for a few minutes as soldier or heavy, but I drop like flies as scoot or pyro.

Spy I find extremely difficult to play as, but then I'm usually less concerned with killing people as a spy as I am with infiltrating things and sappin' sentries (which I am remarkably good at, if I can get close enough... stupid pyros).

HL2 is amazingly well optimized.
It plays more fluently than any other game I have.

Portal on the other hand...
I turn all settings to lowest and it STILL lags like hell.

I have a GeForce 7150M.
It not great, and it's integrated.

It's pissing me off that all of the Orange Box games only use one of my processor cores though.
The first one is maxed out the whole time, while the second is almost completely idle.
I'd love it if it used both, it would speed everything up....

Unfortunately, the games were built for single-core systems.

Some dual-cores have operating modes that treat them as a single processor, but that usually also enlarges the register bit window by double (two 32-bit processors can operate as one 64, if they are made a certain way). I'm not sure the games are optimized to run under a 64-bit processor outside of a 32-bit window operating mode, but eh.

I don't prefer either one.
Both have their benefits, but when it comes to games on both platforms, if the content is moddable, then it goes on PC.
If not, I jam it on the console which has the best controller.
