Just watched it.

It scares me what's happening with music these days.

Edit: The new Lupe Fiasco CD is good... but doesn't live up to the liveliness of Food & Liquor

Ah, Dizzee. I first heard of him a couple of years back. Pretty awesome, unique sound.
Lupe Fiasco ain't really my cup of tea when it comes to rap / hip-hop. I prefer old skool Dutch hip-hop. You won't understand the lyrics, but respect the beats.

Try looking for albums of "Opgezwolle".

I was gonna say the same thing.  I mean there are a lot of really good songs on there, like "Gotta Eat" and "Go Go Gadget Flow." "Dumb it Down" is REALLY awesome, I love that song.  I watched this video of Lupe spittin "The Coolest" as just a poem in front of this audience.  Awesome.

But yeah, just not quite as exciting as Food & Liquor.

To be fair, we're communicating the music through text, rather than auditorally, so technically we ARE showing it.

Sharkey- Skateboarder's Blues

This guy is pretty unknown, but his album is gold. The sound is pretty unique, but in a good way. I'd recommend it, or at least check it out iTunes. It's pretty great.

Definitely made a great discovery today.

When you play two instances of "Sweet Child o' Mine" offset by exactly 2 seconds, it sounds wicked.
A friend and I were messing around with tons of songs on our iPods, sharing one ear bud from each pair of headphones on both iPods. We were mixing songs and seeing which combinations sounded cool, and for some reason we both played SCoM but offset it a bit and realized how perfect it works.

Try it. I'm personally using WinAmp + iTunes to accomplish the task.

It's done, I'm uploading it right now.
The offset is EXACTLY 1.9 seconds.

Yay for audacity.
It's not actually an overlay, I took the whole song and put it left track, and took a copy of the song and made it right speaker starting 1.9 seconds after.

Thanks a million. I have Audacity but I don't feel much like doing it myself. I would have eventually if you hadn't offered.

The solo at the end sounds wicked when doubled.

Did you try compressing it?
You could use WinRar, or 7-zip, which is a great file archiver with a high compression ratio. http://www.7-zip.org/

Just use WinRAR. No 7-zip crap.

EDIT: Turns out I can't do it myself anyway since Audacity won't open .wma files.

Megaupload sometimes will prevent you from downloading unless you download megaupload toolbar, which fills your PC with spyware/trojans. Other than that, it's good.

Don't upload a 120MB song in the first place. Find out why it's so big. Shouldn't be more than double the original file size, which can't be more than 3MB.

You're 114MB over, bro.

It's just "Sweet Child O' Mine" distributed once to each speaker, with one instance 2 seconds behind the other one.
