I did a google search of my old username and found this place. I signed up here back in like 2008 and I've been going through my old posts trying to remember what I did here exactly.

That'll happen. Thankfully my first posts here have been purged a long time ago, so my old posts here are slightly less terrible.

There are a small amount of people still here, but there's barely any activity anymore. I blame life and/or social media.

The board was redone once or twice, so there is quite a bit of it that's not here anymore.  Kind of a shame really.  I wouldn't mind reading my first posts again.

And yeah, with Mega Man being dead, things are pretty dead here too now a days since people have moved to the facebook and twitch or what not.  Though folks do stop in from time to time.

You know what I miss? Sprite comics.

I miss making them too.  Though working on Endless Mettle has been a jarring reminder of all the time you have to spend on the sprite work.

Looking back at my old posts from many years ago, even I cringe on how #####ing annoying I was. I'm sure most of the people here wanted to strangle me at one point or another.

I've always tried but generally failed to have meaningful conversation. Entirely due to a general lack of effort on my part to type as much as I'm thinking and take the effort to organize it.

I've tried to reduce my low effort posts, but I still have tendency to post half-assed posts because I want to keep this place alive and thriving.

The amount of activity here lately has been inspiring, and we even have an actual new member who contributes his ideas to the conversation which is wonderful.

I just super like this place, it's been huge to me for the last, what, 15 years?

Alot of us feel the same way honestly.  It's one of the first forums I came to (aside from Capcom's own forums) and I was lucky enough to fit right in.

As I said, we can only hope that with the coming of both Legacy Collections to the switch, Mega Man 11, and the X collections will bring new members to the boards.

We were always the premiere Mega Man community.  Lots of fun, fair but harsh moderation to idiots.

I can't wait for the Mega Man 11 site update!

Really don't know what Capcom's thought process is with Fully Charged.  But I'm #####ing thankful that they didn't integrate it with MM11.  Man of Action is going to desecrate Mega Man and beat him like a dead exploded horse.

We could at least use some new jokes. But really, I think those were invented by old minds who lost their ways. Lest we forget that Inafune specifically said MMZ was his vision of what Zero could/should be.

For Fully Charged I blame Cartoon Network, which has been coasting for more than a decade at this point. It's not even Crapcom's fault at this point, I work in animation so I don't want to get too into it publicly but I have a lot of thoughts on the process that clearly went through (or didn't).

All the old heads lost their grip a long time ago.
