X9 can rot.  Not interested in 3 playable characters, Axl focused plot, unfocused stage design, and handcuffed must mesh with garbage Zero series timeline more important than self contained game.

Classic has never not been good.  X is an outright septic tank at this point, and has been for several games.

Side games don't count.  All main line games are decent.  Worst you can say is uninspired, but still solid.  8 is the weakest one, and it's not that bad.

I know there was that Rockman RTS game that was made in China.  Rockman Strategy where the robot masters were based on the zodiac.  Either that or they should try to come up with their own thing.

Mega Man 11 is now officially the best selling Mega Man game of all time.  Beating Mega Man 2.  It stands at 1.60 units sold.

Overall it's a really good game.  My only real complaint (other than it being 2.5D) is the Wily stages felt really lean.

The issues I have with MM11 are the Wily stages, lack of Proto Man & Bass (They are part of the main story Capcom, WTF), and the music (Not the music in of itself, but the instruments they chose making everything same without any variety)

But what Mega Man 11 does right it does right in a way that it's so good.  The levels and gameplay are perfect, the Double Gear System isn't a forced gimmick and you can beat the game without it (Missed opportunity for Capcom to do a special ending if you never used the system), and the weapon loadouts are the best in the series next to 9 and to a lesser extent, 4.
