Nay.

Pretentious.

Psh.

These days, if a game isn't a mediocre carbon copy of something popular (example: the slew of FPS's or GTA clones that have flooded the market), it's "pretentious".

Given the loads of ##### that has saturated the medium since the XBOX hit the scene, I'll take pretension any day.

...with Jack Black voicing the main character.

They lost me right there.

Everyone knows we need a Megaman 9 (classic series). I wonder how it would do on the PS3 or on the Wii with the nunchuck...

Where did this thread come from? Oh, well.
Going to agree with Winged Warrior on this one.
... and Chrono Trigger, although I liked Cross.

Another Rocket Knight game wouldn't be bad either.
... and maybe something in the line of a Threads of Fate sequel.

Oh.
Mega Man Legends 3.
Get him off the moon already.

I know it's coming out in Japan, but I'd REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY like Persona 4 to hit US consoles. Though due to the success of P3 and FES, I'm assuming it will.
Also, a Hotel Dusk sequel or style game would be fantastic.

There's no question about Persona 4

With a few exceptions, we've gotten most of the Shin Megami Tensi games.

Gotta love Atlas

I just wish games like Devil Summoner and Digital Devil Saga were cheaper and easier to find. I'd love to get my hands on those. I would have added Etrian Odyssey to that earlier post, but they've got that covered.

Half the time I see an Atlas game I just buy it, regardless of how I feel about it; for that exact reason.

I have yet to play one I don't like.

Same here, I have yet to find an Atlus game that doesn't hook me instantly and keep me hooked. But unfortunately I can't afford 40 dollars for a used PS2 game, or any game for that matter. Even if it is hard as hell to find.

Live-a-Live never came out in the states, though.

So therefor it would be for the Super Famicon.

That reminds me when someone came here arguing that Rockman wasn't Mega Man and that we were retarded.

If they're the same, how come you can't play Super Famicon games in a Super Nintendo?
Hmmm?

The only region lock is actually a pair of small tabs in the NTSC-U console's cartridge bar.
These can be removed to allow NTSC-J carts to be player.

Super Famicons are fit to play NTSC-U carts if you can jam one in the slot.

I also point out that if one is going to be pretentious, one might as well be CORRECT:

It's Super Famicom.

Now, call it a SNES.  You tool.

Gunstar Heroes has a sequal called Gunstar Super Heroes on the GBA, but it doesn't live up to the original.

Actually, I've seen it spelled and pronounced both ways. I was just going with the one that sounded better to me.

Anyways, moving on past that.
Alcahest needs a good sequel too.

No, its SNES. S-N-E-S. There is no such thing as a Super Famicom.

GO AHEAD, TRY TO DISPROVE IT. YOU'LL ONLY FAIL AT DOING SO!

Well maybe not soon, but in the fall-ish area from what I've heard.
Or is that all just a rumor.

The game is a direct affront to decency.

Especially the English voice acting.

Yes, I realize that Samurai Legend Musashi was a horrific pile of ####, but I was trying to keep my opinion on it somewhat clean. Truly, though, the game was incredibly bad. It's like if the devil were to have a child with Brave Fencer Musashi, Samurai Legend Musashi would be the illegitimate butt baby of the two.
