Kinda disappointed with it.  A third of if it just music with no other sound.  Kind of like he just got lazy in the middle.

I'm unfamiliar with the creator but honestly I hated this.

Just personally I dislike "random lol" style humour, and even then it feels about 13 years too late.

Honestly, this wasn't one of his better ones.  Though several of his videos are quite good.

I get that it's hard for animators to make money on YouTube, but I don't think the answer to that is to stop meeting the very low bar set for this video, less than halfway through it.

I appreciated it right up until Spark Mandrill and after that it's hard to keep watching. The part I enjoy was that I found it relatable. It called back how I originally played MegaMan X when I was like 7 years old. It was a long time ago and I was bad. Spamming dash and climbing on the walls of Chill Penguin's room was 80% of my early childhood, which probably explains a lot.
