I remember I started that paper cut out RPG thing a few years ago when I found myself suddenly without work. Then I found work that was actual in my field of study somewhat so yeah.

You're getting some real mileage out of those sprites.

The goal is to expend as little effort as possible. I make sure to spend less than a minute per sprite. I'm going for a Pokey the Penguin type of experience.

Although, I occasionally get distracted and overdo it with backgrounds. Like I mentioned in the sprite thread, I'm working with MSPaint with a trackpad on a broken laptop.

The original idea was Golden Girls instead but that didn't seem quite right. I just went with something that was pretty much guaranteed to be playing at just about any time of day. So that or M*A*S*H or something.

Why didn't I use magic to make the shelter blue?  I'm a wizard because I can use magic, not because I'm a virgin.

It would merely be illusory and not actually blue. I'm not well versed in magic but I don't think magic can stain wood. It'd be better to build a home depot and buy some wood stainer. We'd have to reapply it fairly often because it's not meant for outdoor projects.

Don't think for a second that I'm sitting on any potential plotlines or that I even plan anything out in advance. I usually just open MSPaint and think of something dumb on the spot. It was the same thing with PBnJ.

I no joke just woke up from a dream I had in which this little series I did inspired everyone to come back. Abe even got Mchat up and running, albeit with different graphics.

Abe even had avatars of all of our "characters" in all their different appearances, like from their first drafts to au courant.

I had Plant Man, Morgan Guyer's original alien Snare, DJSonic's happier rendition of Snare and the green and red crudely drawn Snare from PBnJ and most impressive of all, even Snare.EXE from when MMBN was a thing.

It was no joke.  Just like how Abe love haggis and Delta loves math and I love hating everything.

Haggis is surprisingly delightful. We've been wrong to judge the Scottish. Mathematicians on the other hand deserve all the scorn they get and so much more.

So Rez, if you were mayor of these lands, what would be the first thing you do?

Speed Racer might not look 1:1 like the actual Speed Racer when he's added.

Yeah, I'll make sure to add you and a bunch of other people eventually! I've had everything done for Mikero, Jake and ASR since day 1, I just havent shoved them in yet. I like to think I have a somewhat decent grasp on everyone's personalities. Hopefully no one will be upset at their depiction.
