I did manage to get it work on my cell phone, though. Not that I'd use it, being a Jew and all, but it's nice to have.

Jesus 1.0 is incompatible with Windows Vista, and has few USB ports.

I still have to use my old version, 0.7. Just goes to show, nothing is mac compatible.

Please, my Jesus still works fine, and it's nearly ten years old, it's not that hard to maintain.

Bah, kids today.

Please.

Talk to me when your Jesus hits it's teens and THEN tell me you don't want a newer model.

Really, like your Jesus needs an MP3 player, Radio/TV tuner, movie player!

The new Jesus is over hyped and over priced.

You can download a mod for your Jesus apps (it works on all versions 'cause it just rewrites some bible code or something) that makes is so your Jesus can just go from infancy to manhood just like that. None of that in-between trials and tribulations hub-bub.

Personally I'd rather one that keeps my Jesus as little baby Jesus, who's sitting in his crib watching the baby Einstein videos learning about shapes and colors.

Jesus 1.0 is incompatible with Windows Vista, and has few USB ports.

Dumbass, Macs are Buddhist monks. PCs are the patron saints of Christian computing. Linux... We don't talk about them.

Anyway for Mac you just need to run a Bahai patch and then you get to run any Jesus and all the old Buddhist apps. I think the Intel Macbooks have it built-in though.

Okay are we done here?

My Jesus broke down a long time ago. I was gonna throw it out, but I was lazy. Three days later, it dissappeared. :O

Yeah. That's it.

Legends Collection needs all 3 Legends games, and add in that #####ty cellphone abomination as an extra.

Did I say home console? I don't think so.

Release it on the next gen portable system. It'll match the screen, and it won't play like cell phone #####.

They could also release it now and put in unnecessary filler or something. Maybe a graphical update?

One more:

I still say it's a travesty that my old Moses is no longer compatible with PC.

What the hell Microsoft? The Moses was over 9000 times better than The Jesus.

And done.

I like The Legends series...But the way Capcom handles its business, its not going to happen within the next 10 20 years.

Did I say home console? I don't think so.

Release it on the next gen portable system.

I wonder if the DS could handle it? Maybe not even as a collection, but if they ported each individual game to it maybe it could work. The graphic capabilities would be similar. I really really doubt it will happen though.

Another thing though, could Capcom even put it onto a DS? Or would they have to put it on PSP since the originals were for Playstation?

The DS doesn't have enough buttons.
For that matter, neither does the PSP.

Nice job bumping this nine month old thread, btw.

Resident Evil looked "fine" on DS.  It can handle PS1 games well enough minues L2/R2 buttons.  Anyway, I'd prefer it on DS if they ported them just because the DS is the superior gaming machine.

You need every almost button on the PSX controller to play Legends properly.
I can't think of any way to double them up and not have thumb problems on either handheld.

We're kind of ignoring that ChaosVortex said release it on the NEXT gen portable system. Which is a good idea. We've no clue as to what that would be like yet.

The DS could handle it graphically, I'm sure. I don't know about the buttons thing because there is the touch screen, which can be anywhere from one to infinity buttons. You could rotate the camera on there like with Mario 64DS, which turned out better than the original in probably every conceivable way.

CV may have said that, but I was replying to Xzeebob-whatsit.

Except in Legends you use the top shoulder buttons for turn/strafe, and the lower ones are for targeting and camera movement. The cam movement could certainly be done with the touch screen, since you don't move when you use it, but not so for the lock-on.

Since typically you lock on, fire, and might jump/move at the same time, requiring your left thumb, with the only other possible place for the lock on to be on one of the four face buttons, which are already taken for buster, jump, special weapon and jet skates/examine.

The PSP has the same problem.

Now, assuming that you have three or four shoulder buttons on a next-gen handheld, it might work out.
