That said, you would say "I think Mr. Lincoln has something to say about that" as you're slipping some cash, you'd even say "Mr. Washington" if you're trying to bribe on a budget, but you wouldn't say "Mr. Benjamin" and you would say "Mr. Franklin".

HOWEVER:
