I'm surprised that people are examining shots with this much precision....

Let me stop you there.

Possibly people were expecting Asian to equal "looks like Ayumi Hamasaki."

If they did they were clearly idiots because we've been seeing Roll for a long damn time, so it doesn't make sense this is a problem all of a sudden.

the 3d animation looks fantastic, and the costumes (sans Roll's hair) are great.

Uhm, no.

You can take the most beautiful actress in the world, take a shot  of them from a specific film scene they are doing and at least once, there face will look iffy in delivery of dialogue (although I don't see it here).

Yeah. It's what they do with tabloid photos, basically.

I'm pretty sure the Roll thing was a problem before. They just hadn't seen her act yet.

I still don't see her as a problem. Snooping got me her audition video, and I hated the first part of her audition, but they had her tone it down a bit and it felt acceptable to me. I mean, I hate the character, but it's Roll enough to me.

I think there was video of her acting before, in that part we saw of Light being interviewed by that reporter woman. But maybe she didn't have lines then, I don't remember.

That was her only line in that teaser.

But seriously, I meant that MegaMan fans are the type of people that examine every detail of every new piece of related media with every bit of precision possible. Moreso than, say, the Mario or Zelda or Kirby crowds.

Now that you mention it, although I don't remember all of it, I do remember seeing a Mario movie before.

I remember thinking, "What? THAT'S YOSHI? THOSE ARE KOOPAS? WAT."

When I think of that, this movie doesn't look that bad. At least he's sticking to character designs.

The Mario movie rullllllllllllllled in it's craposity though. And it is KIND OF entertaining when you pretend it's not supposed to be something else, paisano.

Well yeah, that's all you could do. I liked the fact that someone made a Mario movie.

But I like the idea of a Mega Man movie even more, mate.

I don't think it looks that bad. Not as bad as Ghostrider or something at least. But as far as Fan Movies go, it's no Metal Gear Solid: Philanthropy either.

I dunno about THAT. When Twilight Princess came out, I remember swarms of Zelda fans that speculated on Midna's mask being remnants of Majora's.

Well, not alternate universe. More like alternate time. I'm sure Majora's Mask still existed in the time Link left in OoT. Someone else must have defeated him.

I'm not confused at all, but I'm not in the mood to go into it right now.

Zelda timeline discussions are almost as bad as FF discussions.

Yes, but they were eventually released here though, I know there were GBA ports of FF1-6.

The MegaMan games in the classic series used to use Roman numerals for the sequels with 8 and 9 as the exception... so some people (retards) thought when MegaMan X was released it was MegaMan 10.

For some reason, people love to take the US releases  of games seriously.
And I'm not sure if the second part of my post is pointless or not.

OMg your right. Just read the article. Ha! That is so neat. But it looks like a small production. Like a film fest production type.

Nope I'm out. Not a physical actress. Although I can make my own cartoons as in animations. Just an amiture though.

I wonder how you guys come across these.
Just brilliant! :face thumbs up:

Quite a small production.

I WAS THINKING INCORRECTLY.

This is the first post that Eddie made in this topic.
I mean, yeah, I'm expecting 100% crap from this MegaMan film, but it might be tolerable 100% crap.

Tolerable is good enough for me!  Huzaah!

Yeah right people! I actually took Drama class 2 years in a row! I'd smoke you all. I could be bomb man no problem, I'm tubby, short, and I like to shout BOMBS!

Please. I took drama for quite a few years too, and I'm pretty good when everyone else is also trying (this is reference to the movie we made last semester when I stopped caring because no one else was committed). But anyway I don't think I'd audition for this even if it was next door. I doesn't sound good.

It only sounds like he knows what he's doing because he SAID he does.

I just said whatever was in my heart.   Didn't mean to come off wrong in the interview if i did.  It was 3AM in the morning and I was pretty hungry!

As for the cartoon, they totally dropped the ball with many characters, including Protoman.      As a fan, no way in hell would I allow this Eddie Lebron to make Proto like that!  If I every see him, I'll kick his...oh wait.

-Eddie Lebron

It was a ways in, so I apologize. I could have sworn he had started it.
Sorry for the confusion and I'm gonna go rot in a closet, okay?

You realize that FF does not follow one continuity or timeline, right?  Outside of sequals/prequals or side games to what ever numbered game they're related to that is.
