I bought that Green and Blue 'Shroom when I visited that anime shop you told me about, Mike.

I ate the candies and now I have it as a souvenir. I still want a Red one though (which they didn't have).

Yeah, I bought one of those blue ones from this bitchin' store called Toy Joy, it's a non-chain store that sells rare toys and imported stuff, like Obama action figures and pillows shaped like Mario's cap with Japanese price tags.
The candy's awesome, but I bought it not even knowing there was candy in it, I just bought it 'cuz it looked cool. I also bought a pillow shaped like Luigi's cap, which is soooo super soft.
I also remember I got a hair cut that day... And then I hit on the store girl a little bit, man, she was cute. Probably wasn't the best idea to attempt to flirt while buying novelty items.

You should know that I see Obama action figures and bobble heads, Mario hat pillows, and other such items all the time. Like all over the place.

In high school I bought a Badtz Maru blow up chair from a store in China town that actually had a stove console (like where the vent is, you know) that was Hello Kitty themed. Yeah. What the #####?

And the candy is NOT good.

Oh, I recently re-organized all my DVD's into this one giant wardrobe in my room. I mean, they WERE inside of it before but the shelves go in a little bit so I had just stacked the DVD's inside there. But now I finally have it so every DVD is visible. I'll take photos later.

At least pretend to care, maybe?

I haven't had time to come on here lately...

BUT I promise I'll upload the pix soon, don't worry I haven't forgotten.

My house has just been so hectic lately, because it flooded and we're redoing it.

(Everyday I remember that I haven't uploaded the pix yet and I feel guilty... >.> )

So, my roommates for next year asked me for a complete list of my TV-show DVD collection... and I happily obliged. The list turned out to be... just... wow. Very long. I mean, I know they fill an entire wardrobe, and that's already a sight to see... but the list makes it seem kind of depressing.

Andy Richter Controls the Universe
Arrested Development - Complete Series
Big Train - Complete Series
Black Books - Completer Series
Breaking Bad - Season 1
Burn Notice - Season 1
Californication - Season 1
Chappelle's Show - Seasons 1 and 2
Chuck - Season 1
Clerks: The Animated Series
Clone High
Curb Your Enthusiasm - Seasons 1-6
Da Ali G Show - Complete Series
Dead Like Me - Complete Series plus Movie
Dexter - Seasons 1-2
Doctor Who - Season 1
Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog
Eastbound and Down
Entourage - Seasons 1-5
Extras - Complete Series
Family Guy - Volumes 1-3
Flight of the Conchords - Season 1
Friends - Complete Series
Freaks and Geeks - Complete Series
Frisky Dingo - Season 1
Futurama - Seasons 1-4
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
How I Met Your Mother - Seasons 1-3
Invader Zim - Complete Series
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - Seasons 1-3
Lost - Seasons 1-4
Lucky Louie
Mad Men - Seasons 1-2
Married With Children - Season 1
MegaMan: The Animated Series - Volume 1
Monk - Seasons 1-3
Mr. Show - Complete Series
The Office UK - Complete Series
The Office US - Seasons 1-4
Peep Show - Series 1
Pushing Daisies - Seasons 1-2
Scrubs - Seasons 1-7
Seinfeld - Complete Series
The Simpsons - Seasons 2-3
Six Feet Under - Complete Series
The Sopranos - Complete Series
South Park - Seasons 1-11
Spaced - Complete Series
The State - Complete Series
Strangers With Candy - Seasons 1-2
True Blood - Season 1
The Venture Bros. - Seasons 1-3
Veronica Mars - Seasons 1-3
Weeds - Seasons 1-4
Whose Line Is It Anyway UK - Series 1-2
Whose Line Is It Anyway - Vol. 1, Best Of
The Wire - Complete Series

Now, my MOVIE collection is about 150 DVD's, but I didn't pay for all of them. In fact, most of them were from my parents.

But the TV-show collection... the entire thing aside from South Park was purchased by me with my own money from a combined three summer jobs. I was going to have to cut back on spending this year since I'm getting an apartment, but my parents were happy with my first year at college and offered to pay for my rent all year. Which meant I could go right back to collecting full force, and I'm now up-to-date on everything.

Basically, the TV-show collection means more to me because I earned all of it myself.

I'm almost scared to do the math and see how much I spent. The inherent problem is that I got as much of this as I could on sale, and I don't remember what I paid for everything... I could still do an estimate, though. But I won't.

I'll take a photo of the filled wardrobe later.

EDIT: John's some kind of psychic, yeah?
