I was very pleased with ZX:A. I didn't get to complete Expert mode because my data got cleared, but everything about the game was great. Even the unlockable mini-games and such were quality.

Being able to play as an 8-bit Model A made me so happy.

I once respected you for having a cool opinion! I don't respect you any longer! Model A was awesome... ZXA was awesome! It had what many games of the Rockman/Megaman series lack... actual good gamplay!

Really, ZX series is all we have going for us now, so I suggest people start throwing out their misgivings towards Axl (or not-really-Axl), because this is all we're gonna get.

The entire game was well-made. I agree on the difficulty bit: I find plenty of games too easy nowadays, and all 3 difficulty levels of ZX:A were exactly as described: Easy, Normal, or Expert. Needless to say, I enjoyed Expert the most. I'll go back and actually replay the game in a few months, but I lost my enthusiasm when my data got bleeped.

Boss Battle mode actually prepares you for Expert mode since all the bosses are fought in that difficulty.

took me 3 days to beat ZX advent on normal, absolutely no challenge and managed to beat expert about a month after i got it, and pretty much beat it all within 2 months

it took me 2 months to BEAT ZX and i still dont have OX (mainly beacuse i lent it to someone and probably have no hope of seeing it again)

i'v played zxa and its kinda frustrating to find out how to get to some bosses but there is still one thing i don't get.

usually the biometals are named after a specific hero(E.X modle z=modle zero, modle x=megaman x) but why do they call modle a modle albert when he has the copping ability like axl? i know that albert was his creator but still.....

It's just MegaMan/Capcom trickery. It's obviously Axl but it's just Capcom saying "LOL NOW IT MAKES SENSE"

MegaMan has yet to make sense though.

I still haven't heard a single thing that will make me want to play Advent.
I barely enjoyed ZX as it was... and changing the characters (while I appreciate older Aile, still...) killed it off.
Plus, I never liked Axl. He's the godmoding fan-character insertion of the Mega Man universe.

Like Shadow in Sonic (although that series had likewise been dead several games before).

Actually, Shadow came to the Sonic series while it was still on Dreamcast, so Shadow is an accepatble character.

This has been discussed a million times.  Model A is Axl in ability, appearance and attitude.  Capcom can call it whatever they want (And they have), it's still Axl.
