I got it once.

Even though Sakurai said that if you kill the character you've switched places with you lose a life, I did it when their character had one life left and I had one life left.

Ther person I was lost their life, not me, and my brother was forced to win the match with my character. :P

He hated Snake so much after that.

The Pokeballs suck in Brawl. All you get usually is Munchlax or some other really crappy Pokemon.

I used to remember in Melee when doing a Pokemon match was fun. In Brawl it isn't nearly as good. Too many #####ing Munchlaxes.

Speaking of Munchlax, I think he's the absolute WORST Pokeball Pokemon in the game. Worse than Wobbuffet combined with Goldeen.

Yeah, the crap come out too much more often and the legendaries don't come out often enough.

I'm not even sure if I've seen all the Pokemon.

I think I've seen them all once. But I'm not sure about Assist Trophies.

I've gotten Resetti only twice or so. I seem to get Saki or Kat & Ana too much.

Waluigi or Gray Fox on my end.

Which I'm PERFECTLY fine with.

And yeah, Poke Balls suck. Actually, there was a funny moment when playing with Xero and JC online. I grabbed a Poke Ball and threw it up. We all stopped moving just to watch it land and out came... a Goldeen.

Me: "..."
Xero: "OWNED!"

I know.

Just for clarification, since you did confuse it for the Devil assist trophy for some reason.

Oh yeah that was just 'cause someone said the screen just gets pulled all over or something and that stupid assist trophy was already on my mind.

Anyway another stage I can tolerate but think absolutely sucks is that Pokemon one with the lame Pokemon in the background who #####s you up randomly. Don't get me wrong, I love in-stage hazards when they're good, hell I wish you could put them in custom stages, but that one just suuuucks.

My favourite assist trophy might be Excitebike, which I rarely get. Or Lyn, just because I liked that game and it's a good trophy I also rarely get.

On a stage like Skyworld or Battlefield there is no escape.

Nearly useless on Hyrule castle though....

It's not bad there, if it's 4 players. I'm not certain but I'm guess it sucks in New Pork.

To me, New Pork was Sakurai saying "Hey, Great Temple is an awesome stage. Maybe it's because it's huge. I'm gonna make another huge stage and it'll be awesome too!" and failed.

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

No way, man. New Pork is great. The biggest stages are always more fun because there's more fighting to be done. Really small stages have to have a good gimmick or they suck because it's too easy. Snake's stage works at being small with the destructible walls, they keep you inside but also can be destroyed allowing for some strategy.

John gets it.

There's really only three sections of the stage and they're unevenly divided. Everyone I know fights in the very bottom of the stage for the most part. The stage also looks too busy for my tastes anyway.

If the design was constructed a little different, I'd probably think otherwise. But it IS a decent stage and you CAN fight so it's OK.

I got into quite a lulzy match in which there was a dormant Zelda, a Jigglypuff I befriended and Pit who I got with a Pitfall/Electrode combo.

Ness, Fox, Pit, Toon Link, Wolf, Ice Climbers, Marth. In no real order other than that Fox and Ness are equally #1... I don't know beyond that. How about; I like everyone else other than Dedede, Lucario, and R.O.B. Snake is almost on that list, I find him very lacking.

I could easily be forgetting people.

In large stages I'll always go away from the fighting and spam taunt.

You're everything that's wrong with online play.

John gets it.

I'll agree that it all looks too busy, and that the fighting mostly takes place at the bottom, but it is in no way hard to get around. Most the fight happens at the bottom but a smash ball has so much room to move around that fight ends up moving eventually. I think the only real problem with the level is colour choices and background stuff that makes it all very odd to take in visually.

My favourite characters are Wario, Marth, and Snake.

Yeah, I can only play as three characters. It annoys me to play as too many. I tried it, but ehh...

It used to be just Marth and Snake but I decided to try Wario and boy is he FUN to use.

Other than Marth my friends absolutely hate it when I use FS's with my characters. Marth's FS is really easy to dodge (but impossible to recover from once hit).

Snake's is basically impossible to dodge and Wario's is too godly. I pull out the ol' Wario Bike time to time as Wario Man for some hilarious action.

Once, in Green Hill Zone, I drove to the left and desperately tried to get off of the Bike so that I wouldn't die. Somehow, I turned around the entire screen, clockwise, and ended up on the right side of the stage, off of the bike.

It was strange yet hilarious.

I also pulled off a maximum fart attack as Wario Man once. Won me the match that did.

Yoshi is my homeboy from the original game.
Bowser took me some time to get used to but I've mastered him.
Wario is too much fun to play as.
Mr. Game & Watch is clearly overpowered and I seem to be using him a LOT lately.
King DeDeDe is a fun heavyweight that I've been using less as of late.
Donkey Kong is new to me. I never used him in Melee but I love him in Brawl.
ROB is really fun and unique to play as and I love his jumps and recovery. Sorry, Mike.
Diddy Kong is my least-played, but he's another fun one.

Diddy is just mad. I really don't play as him enough.

I know. I've gotten nailed by DeDeDe a couple of times but I've done MUCH better with Ike than him. I'll attempt to practice with him one day, but his moveset is just not my taste at all.
