If it was a serious username, I imagine the thought process may have been:

"I want my username to be the name of a Pokemon!
Okay... what Pokemon should I pick?
Oh, man, there's too many!
I love them all!
I can't pick just one Pokemon to use as my...

I was honestly surprised that I didn't catch that on my first viewing. The whole thing about the fake twin being named Shirley or Surely or whatever.
