Battle Network 7

It was quite awhile ago, but I remember seeing a BN fansite attepting to make a BN 7 and they were advertising it for sale. Does anyone know if they ever succeeded in selling it? Or even finishing it? Because it would probably be either the best in the series or the absolute worst.

Thinking about it, would it even be legal for them to sell the game due to copyrights etc.?

It's not an official game from Capcom, I can tell you that.

Therefore, the likelihood of it sucking is very high. Especially a Battle Network 7. Enough is enough.

By my logic, Star Force WAS Battle Network 7, so that assumption is pretty accurate.

Haha yea, I was just interested to see if anyone actually played it, I really have no doubts that it would suck. But yea, the website said  that it wasn't sanctioned by Capcom at all. Wonder how legal that is.

1.  Fansite fangame.  Never going to be done even if such a project was started.
2. If ever finished, it would be the game equivalent of a picture done by a blind child with cerebral palsy finger painting with feces while being dragged through the mud by an enraged rodeo bull, ie COMPLETE #####.
3. Sellling it.  OH HO HO HO HO HO!  Capcom would slap that down and sue the poor fools back to the stone age if they even TRIED to do that.

So you see, even asking such a question was a colossal waste of everyone's time.  But because you gave us a few yucks and I got to compose the delightful mental picture featured in point 2, you get 5 Wily Fun Bux.

^.^ The only reason I even posted this was to see all of your guys's reactions. I thought it was funny when I saw that the fansite was even trying to make it. It just made no sense. I wish I could remember what site it was that I saw it on. It made me chortle.

Yea, I think they were reusing either BN 3 or BN 6's sprites. I can't remember. It looked horrendous though.
