Please. Few people have the grapes to figure out their lives completely before they're thirty.

I don't think it's possible for anyone to completely figure out any meaning of the word "life," whether it's their own, the general biological term, the universal idea of it, or what we're supposed to do with it.

Because it doesn't matter. Just live.

ALL THAT ASIDE... I'm leaving for Cedar Point in less than 30 minutes.

I just laughed out loud at some dude promoting a porn site in the general forum.

If anybody wants proof, I screen shotted it.
Abe came on and killed it just moments ago.

Maybe I thought it was because I know some people would fall for it, had it stayed longer, as just Abe, OD, ASR and I saw it.

True, but I still laughed. Hope it wasn't too serious though.

Because the block of text was gross.
If you split it up or condensed it to be a little quicker to read then okay.
I'll read it right now to make you feel better.

Wow, that does seem like an entertaining day.
How mean did the cowboy say what he said?

He wasn't a cowboy.
Cowboys are awesome, he was just a douche trying to pass himself off as a cowboy.
Anyway, he said it in an insulting way.
So, he got what was comming to him and his band of merry men.

Cedar Point was tons of fun.

Highlights of the day:
- on the Raptor, my friend was fake-freaking out the whole time for the video recorder and we bought the DVD, it's absolutely hilarious and I'll be uploading it to Youtube tomorrow
- we got on every ride we wanted to
- in line for the Maverick, we found a condom packaged, we opened it up and hung it from a tree branch and entertained ourselves by videotaping people's reactions for the remainder of our time in line
- the Maverick was sweet, it was my first time on it
- I puked for the very first time at an amusement park, after riding the kiddy swing ride that twirls around... five times straight; we just never got off of it, the guy let us keep going.......... and one can only ride a swing going clockwise so many times until he loses his stomach
- tons more, everyone needs a day where they just go to Cedar Point with their friends

Played a lot of Iron Man on Wii (nearly finished) before a friend's birthday. Lot of talk about naughty business and stuff and [my] love woes at and around the club. Still rather drunk, gonna make a pizza. That's an OK day considering these days I usually try not to exist during the day and then walk around outside looking for fights at night.

Yesterday, I graduated. Throwing our caps in the air and whatnot. All of it was great. Even the mess ups during the ceremony. Some old lady was making a long boring speech involving "Mr. Rogers". About halfway in her speech when she said, "Let me return to the subject of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood", I muttered, "Sweet Jesus, THE MAN IS DEAD. MOVE ON." The band played "America the Beautiful", and they sucked. Microphones squealed, you couldn't hear the flutes, whoever played the tuba was goddamn awful. It was SO BAD, that it was AWESOME. We couldn't stop laughing, especially when we started to hear singing.

"Wait. Are they singing?"
"Yup."
"I can't hear them..."
"Dear God, this is almost the same music played when Bambi's mother dies..."
"I feel dead inside..."

After all that junk, I met up with my Dad who congratulated me. I followed him to the parking lot where someone had dropped a black case. I opened it up and inside was a Sony Digital Camera. No one else was around, so it was safe to assume it was my new graduation gift.

I went back home. Grabbed some gear like swimming trunks and a towel. I drove to the school and waited for about an hour playing Mega Man: Powered Up in the car. The gates opened and we all boarded the bus to go to Daytona Lagoon for Project Graduation. The buses were so crowded (People were sitting in the walkway), and everyone was complaining about the excess body heat.

Later that night, me and a couple of friends swam, played arcades, and mostly rode the karts. There was a drawing for prizes like a laptop, SD Memory cards, headphones, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, etc.; but I never won a single one.

We went back to the school at 2 AM, where we drove back home. Great night.

Spent the day at the local fair with the group of friends that wasn't at Cedar Point with me and thus were obviously going through Alec withdrawls.

The local fair was a step down from Cedar Point, yes, but still tons of fun.
I discovered that I rather disliked the new boyfriend of one of my best friends, the one I'm taking to prom. I thought he was cool but tonight, an unfortunate chain of events made me decide otherwise.
I'm not getting into it, but I feel a tiny bit like a dick because I played a part in getting the two together, and now I feel she deserves better.

Today started as nothing special for the most part. I just sat at home and played Mario Kart, until a friend of mine and his girlfriend knocked on my window. We played Brawl for about two hours and then I went over to his house, where we had a bonfire and smores. Very enjoyable.

Just got back from a four-day trip to Campbell River with the other more "dedicated" members of my school band. Daytimes were consumed by tourist stuff (although I've been to Campbell River twice before I never took the time to look at anything) and nighttimes were Brawl. I brought back an RF modulator (stop-gap solution thanks to #####ty TVs at our hotel) which I happened to win in the final-day tournament.

I could write more and let my sentences run on further, but I'll spare you that.

Yeah, it's been a good few days.

You know when you only want to talk to ONE person and that's the person you're currently kind of fighting with but kind of not and you two are just not talking and haven't talked since the sort of fight and it's completely depressing and you could just try to talk to her but you're trying to be the more stubborn one for once to make a point but you've been for days and it's getting damn crappy? Yeah.

Well you want my opinion (and you do, otherwise you wouldn't have posted it), I think you gotta stop being stubborn.  Never flies very well.  Whatever you're fighting about, you gotta just chisel off a piece of your pride and just be like, "okay, this is stupid. Let's stop."  She will appreciate it and I you will too.

Then again, I hardly know you, and I certainly don't know her, and I certainly definitely don't know the situation, so my advice is most likely poopsmagoo.

I have had a freaking excellent day, but I can't talk about it or else I'll just sound like "OHHH LOOKIT ME AND ME GIRLFREEEENENDNDNDND LOOL!!!"

We are almost nine months though. If I impregnated her on the first day we started dating, little Brendon would be kicking and screaming by now.

I'm just getting tired of being the only one to swallow my pride whether it be with her or with my groups of friends when not only do I know I'm right but there's also no way that I'm wrong because I'm the only one who's actually experienced both sides of the issue and the only one who knows what they're talking about.

Like, I'm not being too stubborn to admit I was wrong or to apologize, I'm just trying to not have to be the one who's always forced to go around and actually work to solve the issue while no one else does ##### about it; which it seems like I always have to do, even especially with my family.

Either way I'm gonna see if she'll talk tomorrow before I go out, but I doubt I'm gonna be completely nice seeing as it's going to become a big drawn out serious talk and I'm not willing to bother hiding anything.

I'm just realizing how it's rather obvious how much this is getting to me seeing as I actually hate to 'share' such things usually. God, this feels so High School and that's making me more mad.

But no, it's cool you had a good day with your girl man and you don't have to bother hiding that. I'm not one -those- people.

BECAUSE SHE LOVES MEEEEEEEEE AND NOT YOUUUUUUUUU

Yeah, that does suck Mikey.  I can understand why you wouldn't want to be the one to bend over.  I think if this girl doesn't recognize that she needs to straighten up or whatevs, then it ain't worth it.  Good thing you're having a talk today though, whatever comes out of that will most certainly decide whatever future may be.

And I hate to share with people my problems too. It makes me feel selfish for some reason.  I dunno. Maybe that's not the same reason you don't.

But yeah, Lauren screwed up really bad at her piano recital and she was like, in tears, so I took her to Dairy Queen and then I took her to see Indiana Jones.  All in all, she made an astounding recovery.

I used to like to talk about my problems with other people, and then I realized that nobody else really does have the answers.
My entire life has been a do-it-yourself story, and I've only just recently realized that, and the sad thing is there are large gaps of my life that I really do need to keep 100% secret from my close friends and people in general. Only my family and two friends know about certain segments of my life, and both are girls. My parents don't know I've told anyone. There's one guy I would consider telling, but I'm waiting a bit longer until I feel I need to.

All in all, what I'm getting at is that I'm a strong proponent of people figuring out their problems on their own, because of course you're going to make mistakes and fail some of the time, but that shapes you into the person you are, and in turn, the person you are shapes the outcomes of every situation you fall into.

A lot of people come to me with their problems, but naturally it's hypocritical for me to give advice if I think people should solve things on their own, so it gets really tough because I've been told I do give good advice. Thus, my entire philosophy is shattered.

When it comes to my own problems, I tend to always take a humorous approach if I feel the need to share them. If I really want to tell someone about how bad my day was, I make it an entertaining story.
That way, people really do care and you're not bothering them in the process.

The reason I don't like to share stuff is basically a combo of it making me feel selfish and the fact that no one's ever really cared either way so I've always just worked ##### out on my own for better or worse.

Posted on: 26 May 2008, 16:29:08

I realized that nobody really cares, and that's why I rarely talk to people about my problems. And for the people who do care I don't tell them so they don't worry.

Today...
I went to my first day of College, I had to skip out on half a day of High School to do it even.
So, anyway... I went to class and stuff, the teacher's all like a lumberjack and stuff, he's like a JC, but with curly, red hair and a bunch of art degrees. So yeah, he just told the class things about stuff. Speaking of the class, I seem to be the youngest and the tallest amongst my classmates.
Anyboo, Teacher guy let the class out 3 hours early, which was awesome. So, I walked home, which I love walking, so it's all cool and stuff. The only hard part was finding my way off of the campus.
So yeah, Community College doesn't seem to be too much different from regular school. 'Cept the people are different, but like a better kind of different.
