Oh #####, I have to find something to be for Halloween.. I'm probably gonna go to FearFest this year with a couple of friends, dressed as.. uh.... OOH! I know! I can maybe dress up as Winduh, since he mostly dresses in casual wear, and as long as I have the basic appearance down and the colors, it still counts. All I really would need is some boot shoes which I can probably just bum a pair at Value Village or some junk, some dark colored punk looking jeans, a chain, a belt, white t-shirt(maybe I'll get a big 'W' printed on it) and a track jacket with the colors I've been looking for. And it doesn't have to be in the right order, as long as it looks fresh. Something like this!~ http://www.luxuriousgear.com/images/Clothes%20%20030208%20029.JPG#####ing want. Oh gosh, this looks great too! http://imageserverus.puma.com/pisa/pisa2?sty=806823&col=15&bg=255,255,255&w=450&h=450

Found out Thomas Dorflein (zookeeper who reared Knut the polar bear) has kicked the bucket. Bugger. This just hasn't been a great year.

Unloading the truck at work, the first pallet out had no shrink wrap on it, just tape.
It fell apart as the lift was being lowered, and nearly crushed my manager.
The truck driver was bitching the whole time, and said he should've jumped in front of the falling pallet. You know so he could collect Worker's Comp.
Other than that, an uneventful evening.
EDIT:
Oh, while I was putting stuff away in the cooler I DID happen to pass a cross dresser.
I was passing him, this looks like a man in his fifties or sixties, decked out in the works, wig, make up, dress, stockings, etc.
At first I thought it was a gigantic woman, then I noticed what looked like about 1 o'clock shadow (not as severe as 5 o'clock shadow).
As per company policy, I greeted this curiosity, and the voice confirmed it.

Well, roommates exploded with drama(!) and I did my best to keep out of it (for all the good it did me), and one of them got kicked out.
One of them got kicked out, and pretty much blames me, though I really had nothing to do with it, at all. Oy.
Then I went to work, Truck came late again, and on my way home I passed by some BUNNIES! So hopefully that's a sign things will take a turn for the better.
Unless rabbits are actually HARE-bringers of doom! Do ho ho ho ho!
But seriously, they aren't right?
Nah, it probably means I just saw rabbits.

Today is pretty boring so far. I woke up at 6, I'm at school, and now I'm in my Digital Design 2 class making a bowl of fruit on Photoshop. I wanna go back to sleep : (

My alarm was turned off today and I woke up almost an hour late, had to rush to work and didn't get to shower. And I don't smell or anything but I need the daily shower to function. I barely got to work 5 minutes late, just on luck. Luckily I can be a half hour late and no one will care at all.
Anyway.
2 Saturdays ago I went to the Ottawa International Animation Festival 2008. Wasn't planning to go this year but my friends wanted to for the day so I got the day pass. Saw a lot of cool stuff, as usual, and went to a workshop about ReBoot with Rainmaker Studios (used to be Mainframe) which all a bunch of stuff I already knew and it went on way too long but ReBoot ruled so whatever.
Anyway the main reason I went was to the party, as the festival's Saturday night party is the biggest one and is usually epic. I was planning to go home after this Disney-Pixar workshop, or after this Israeli film called "Waltz With Bashir" (which was awesome and I reccomend it) to put my bag and stuff at home so I wouldn't have to have them at the party but my friends were all "Nooo you'll miss Blue Toons!" which they didn't tell me about before hand.
"Blue Toons" which a screening of a bunch of porno cartoons. I guess the idea was that it was supposed to be funny. Well. A few were funny. Namely some Snow White and Seven Dwarves thing (well, it wasn't really funny), these educational type things, and one called "Jack-Off and the beanstalk". HOWEVER there was a whole battery of NOT #####ING FUNNY ones that ranged from unnerving or just plain disturbing. I can't even begin to explain on MMM, and it didn't help they added in some japanese H clips that encompassed some of the most barfworthy "porn" I've ever seen in my life. I mean, I'm not squemish. I've seen 'Two Girls One Cup' and my reaction was only an eye flinch, but I left that place nauseous as did everyone else.
We had to leave the place so they could put out food (which was the last thing on my mind) and re-check everyone's passes so that kids with volunteer passes would have to wait again. And then we got in and had drinks and it was cool, but my friend who's car we'd all left our stuff in decided to leave early so he brought us our stuff and then we were basically stuck unable to go dance or anything because we had bags and such. That was annoying. But it was alright in the end. Still trying to repress all the grossness of those clips though. You have no idea how... Ugh. Now if you're actually reading this post and you're this then wow, I didn't expect anyone to ever read this post! +some currency from Mikeropia.
This past Saturday was Wawa's (pronounced Va-va) birthday party which I posted some of the pictures from. Wawa not pictured. It was all supposed to go down at 9 at this place called Lago in the Dow's Lake Pavillion. Konrad and I were supposed to get there kind of late but we ended up getting a ride so we were only like a half hour late. WELL no one else had even gotten there yet. We called Wawa and when we finally got him he said they were at Pub Italia and were heading over. OK. Well they had to wait in line for an hour and a half. We didn't have to wait in line when we were on time! Anyway they got in around 12 and from then on it was wicked.
Lago was interesting, the actual place was pretty damn nice, which the patio looking out onto Dow's Lake (which is one end of the Rideau Canal) and everything was fancy. They raised drink prices once the DJ started though... But the funny thing was that all the other guys there were kind of older, and pretty gay looking (I mean like, the clothes, the hair, and especially these fake tans) and clearly had some money 'cause all the girls were really hot and very obviously gold diggers. Doesn't matter, it was good. Met some of the people that are going to the Boys Noize concert this COMING Saturday with us, and that's cool.

Today. After work, got dicked around trying to find a place to buy a bus pass for the month that wasn't the actual OC Transpo place at Rideau since I knew there was a line. Couldn't find one so I walked to Rideau. The line was out the door so I said "##### dat #####, bitchfists!" and went to a bank machine and got out some cash and bought a CD and used the change for the bus and I'll have to get my bus pass later. I read the whole thing too. The best porn is funny porn. Too bad that stuff wasn't really. I reiterate; You. Have. No. Idea. I would love to explain, but that's not for MMM. That's not even for people, or it shouldn't be. Sounds like a sweet place, Lago that is.
It's kind of... I don't want to say "gay" but... Well... Haha, I quoted something he removed from his post!
Actually I just moved it, sort of. I'm sure this post will never be read.
Nah, I usually read your posts.
'Preciate it. I try to read everyone's days.

So, today, I woke up and I was in a fantastic mood.
It was really fantastic.
I cannot stress my fantastic mood enough.
And it stuck.
All day.
So I'm feeling just very, very, very fantastic and I do not know why nor do I care why.
Today was very cold and drumline practice was a bitch, but it's only gonna' get colder so whatever. I can suck it up, it doesn't really bother me. I just hate cold. I'd much prefer to sweat to death.
Like, I really like wearing light clothes. I hate wearing winter jackets, and haven't done so for the past few years. I go through winter wearing jeans, a tee, and a sweatshirt.
And I'm a small guy, with little meat on my bones, so I get cold quiiiiick.
So the combination isn't that great.
Also, I can't ride my scooter in the winter.
Which reminds me!
I was riding my scooter yesterday and the front wheel popped off! It was awesome and horrible at the same time! There were sparks as the metal hit the pavement and I was flung off, and the wheel just kind of rolled away while I sat there dumbfounded and amazed that, yes, that actually just happened. A #####-ton of people saw it, too, but it was awesome and I seem to be immortal when it comes to freak accidents like that so I just got up and laughed, gathered up the wheel, and carried the scooter back to my dorm.
WHICH ALSO REMINDS.
I bought this cheaply made sweatshirt that is actually really awesome but definitely for kids but still awesome, and it's basically just a black sweatshirt with a skeleton's body traced over where yours would be, and you zip it up, and then you can zip the hood over your face and there are netted eyeholes and it's like a skull mask but not really.
It's like.
I'm a skeleton.
And when people see a skeleton riding a scooter around campus, well, that's just awesome.
Except it's really hard to keep the eyeholes steady so I decided against wearing said sweatshirt anymore since said eyeholes may or may not have contributed to said wheel popping off.
