Understandable, but I wasn't really chiding you or anything.

After all I'm probably the lightest drinker on the board.

Haha, yeah I know. Don't worry about it. Actually I just realized they put Jack in as one of the [many] ingredients in the Pan-Galactic Gargleblasters at Zaphod's, so that's probably the only time I have it.

GUYS I WANNA GO INTO MUSIC BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH A DEGREE IN MUSIC.

Get laid.

Kind of sick today. Tomorrow is going to be lame, since it's that one day a year where all the grade 9s go to work with their parents. Meaning the government will be full of the same caliber assclowns that were there when I went in my ninth grade year.

Hoo boy.

I'm the best there is at what I do.

My boss keeps telling me, on his way out for the day, to go home a half hour early or when I'm done this particular thing because I'm fast and good enough at it that I finish things before he can get other stuff for me to do. Sometimes I'll finish something and he tells me to go play on the computer or do whatever for a while because whatever's not ready for me yet.

Today he said to go home when I finish one particular pile of work. Today I got off an hour early.

Yeah. I'm good.

The other day I downloaded Windows Cave Story onto a USB stick, and then installed it back on to that stick at work.

What that means is that I have Cave Story completely installed on this little stick, and I can play it at work without it having to leave anything on the actual computer and thus bypassing being bored all the time since half the websites there are blocked (even government ones gets filtered sometimes) which includes even ARTICLES about games and ##### as "games".

So yes. Wicked. And later I'm going to some thing at my friends' where we're eating tacos and watching the new Futurama movie apparently.

Yeah, I used to jam all sorts of games on mine. The only bad thing about that is that it deteriorates the max read/writes of the drive.

They only have so many.

My thumbdrive is basically a miniature install of my entire computer sans critical components/OS - of course, I rarely use any computer other than this one and I rarely use the thumbdrive for anything at all, so it's yet to really pay off, but in the occasion that I ever have to use a computer without Winamp (gasp) I have a backup plan.

Today, I found out my boss at work did something totally unethical and it burns me.

When verifying my drawer, he forged my signature to make it look like I counted the money with him.

The drawer was short. The money came out of my pocket. About $8.

The money bit doesn't upset me, because that's what happens sometimes, and it's not a whole lot. It's the fact that he forged my signature.

That's a nasty offense where I come from.

Running an OS off of one is pretty much the only thing you have to worry about for killing them.
Most would fail in the average length of time it takes a normal HDD to fail, assuming regular use.

But any small programs and stuff? You bet that's OK.

My laptop is on usually, oh, all the time. Because I have people in other timezones to talk to by leaving messages back and forth. But that's what e-mail and/or Facebook is for, isn't it? I've recently started trying to remember to turn it off when I don't need it on. The fact that FF saves my tabs has really helped in that endeavor.

My laptop is almost never off. And I really SHOULD turn it off because I've already killed one battery to the point where it wouldn't last for more than an hour without being plugged in. I've gotten it replaced, but it's just going to happen at this rate.

Battery goes down past 60% quickly, and then loses the ability to know how charged it is but from there it can MAYBE make it down to 40% before deciding it's at 0%.

And two of my power cords have crapped on me, this one is good still so I'm gonna preserve it as long as possible. If it breaks I'll just finally get a new lappy instead of a new cord. And not make the same mistake of leaving the new one on all the time. But I'd still use this one for stuff since it's fine despite my abuse.

Imagine if kids were like laptops.

Just worked a five-hour shift at work, where we were busy non-stop.

I'm now cleaning my room. I came across my old crappy Web Design folder I had in High School. I laughed at myself when I found an old Dental Claim Form I made for the class.

There are entries I was required to put in, like "Patient's name" and such, while other areas involved my creativity, since the teacher wanted it to be exactly like the same as the example form she gave us, but it was partially unreadable due to the size of text. She said that if the text was unreadable, we could make something up.

My personal favorite was creating a form box asking:

"Is the treatment a result of a mutation? Y/N"
"If yes, are you a turtle? Y/N"

I'm just surprised about how much stuff I stashed away.

I haven't slept in two days and I'm still not tired.

My minor "unofficial insomnia" has kicked back in and I haven't been getting much sleep lately. So the other night, I just stayed up all night.

And then today, we had to get up at 4:00AM for marching band to get on a bus to Ford Field where our football team was playing against Illinois (they won!). So I pulled another all-nighter with all my friends. Watched Iron Man and played Rock Band 2.

I'm still not tired and I'm getting worried.

Also been watching a lot of Doctor Who.

I remember making that form. It was kinda annoying cause I couldn't read some of it and my tables were blah.

Anyway today I cleaned my entire room and vaccumed and tomorrow I dust my entire room and vaccume again. I'm kinda tired and my feet hurt from walking and cleaning all day. I'm in the mood for that macaroni and cheese I had for dinner...

If lava lamps weren't encased in glass they would enter your rectum and live in your trabecular bone tissues, feeding off excess matrix proteins like agrarian parasites.

That's how the lava in them works, as it they is are many and one blobby demon demons.

Let's go back a bit, to when we were talking about lamps...

Okay, I have vivid memories of me waking up as a toddler and looking at my nightlight, I think I was like in some sort of half-dream state, because it started twisting and making weird sounds like those little Halloween ghosts that you set up on trees go OOOOOOOOO when you make a noise or walk by it.

You know the sound I know you do.

I was scared.

I had this problem with one teddy bear in my room.

I'd wake up in the middle of the night when I was about 5 or 6 and there was this stuffed bear on my bureau that scared the ##### of me.  It was a really high bureau so I couldn't reach up to move it but jeez.  I felt like it was watching me the whole time.

I had that feeling with this Chucky doll I had when I was little.

I was so scared of it that I threw it into my room and locked the door. For some reason, that door could only be unlocked from the inside so my dad had to unscrew the knob to open the door.

Since then, my mom threw out that doll after realizing how scared I was of it and my dad replaced the lock on that door with one that is easy to open from the outside.

Something related to now, I just crushed some All Bran cereal into fine powder. Because I need to maintain a high fibre diet, I was getting sick of eating All Bran every day and night. This way, I can just sprinkle the stuff on everything I eat.

Today started off with a marching band performance and ended with a home-made porno.

So, today we had the "Season in Review" concert for marching band, which is basically a huge performance where we go to Miller Auditorium and play all the music and stand cheers and half-time show stuff from the entire marching band season. Big deal. We did great.

There was a sweet part where the drumline was lifted up through a hole in the stage while a fog machine was running and there were crazy lights and we played our badass cadence. Definitely a fun moment.

My parents were up for the show and took me out to dinner, along with a couple friends. Good free meal.

They also brought up the missing Rock Band instruments, so now we actually had a drumset, a microphone, and a second guitar. Which meant we played Rock Band 2 for most of the night.

Then we started movie night. Watched The Incredible Hulk, since we watched Iron Man last night during the all-nighter.

During the movie, I stopped procrastinating for a certain project I had to do: I started writing the script for my porno parody.

You see, we had to write a How-To Guide in my English class. I wrote "How To Make a Porno." After doing this, our teacher informed us that we then needed to create an example of whatever we wrote about.

Which meant I had to make a porno.

So I talked to my teacher and fortunately she gave me the go-ahead.

Flash-forward a couple weeks and the project is due tomorrow, yet I still haven't started.

I got really into writing the script, and shortened it to about a page.

Then I found some great 70's porn music.

Then I whipped out the camera, paused the movie, and told everyone in the room that they had to participate in the filming of my porno or else I wouldn't let them watch the rest of the movie.

In the end, a few people ended up not getting parts anyway so they got lucky... or UNlucky depending on how you look at it.

I tell you, this was PURE GOLD.

I'm now officially a porno director and a pornstar.

I'm uploading the video to YouTube now and I'll post it for all of you guys later. It's taking forever to upload.
