If I count my credits so far in College, I'm practically a Sophmore for my AA Degree (Which would still make me a Freshman for my Bachelor's nonetheless).

Anyway, I downloaded Street Fighter music, moved things around in my room, typed a few papers, and assembled a brand new computer chair I'm officially sitting in.

Of course, my step-dad smarted me off the whole time I was making it. He used "I'm 62, you're 19, you don't know ####" logic. I'm dead serious.

Not to mention he called me a fat slob, and a few other profane things earlier today. He does this to me all the time with such an immature attitude. I just nod my head because I'm not gonna start a fight knowing full well it won't do any good. So he says "Yeah, I know what you're thinkin'. 'This guys a ####ing idiot'".

All I really thought was, "This man speaking to me goes to a baptist church every Sunday."

Other than that, my day was fine, but tomorrow I study for my government final.

Yeah, you're not kidding. I've got a teacher who only gives out three tests, and NONE of them are multiple choice. They're loaded AND she's picky with answers.

It's gonna suck soooo bad.

And yeah, living with my parents isn't fun.

... the no multiple choice thing. Three tests only.
That's not bad.
It can be much worse.

... and honestly I hate multiple choice, because if you're wrong you're wrong, but with short answer and essay there is always a slim chance of partial credit, and I'll take whatever I can get.

Oh, hèy! I've got that same feature on this thing!

I just discovered that. Còòl.

Also, if I tap the tilde and then n I get ñ.

Ñìcè.
I have a button just for ñ. You can also use cntrl+tab+4 for it. And that's not the tilde we use. That one is used by french, portuguese and...Other languages. Ours is to the ríght.

Doesn't work on Mac either.

I have this key here, ´. I type that, then the letter, and it's all easy.
Séé? Thís ís éásý. Didn't know you could accent Ys. Cool.

You can also get them off my sig.

That's basically what I explained. I did forget to mention it works for other letters than e though.

And other accents, like ñ and à. I don't know how Sluggo did the y though.

First day of a new job today. 9+tips to do dishes at a nice restaurant (BUSY RESTAURANT) about a forty-minute walk from home. Looking like it'll be full time, and since I still live with my parents I have no financial strains beyond school. If I can keep the job part-time through school I'll be able to not only pay upfront for each semester, I'll finally be able to build my first computer in the fall.

Things are looking up for me, 'nuff said.

For the ý I just pressed ´ then y. `y. I can't do it backwards. The one you were using on the other post was the backwards one, that's probably why.
Joh: You gotta press cntrl+alt+4 and then space for just ~ or n for ñ. ã õ. You can also do it for A and O, but not for the other vowels.
And other accents, like ñ and à. I don't know how Sluggo did the y though.
Well, I don't do any kind of Cntrl+e. I have a key for ´, one for `, a key just for ñ and a key just for ç, even though that's portuguese. I also have keys for ¡ and ¿.

For some sort of reason, no matter how many times I edited my last post, it wouldn't let me add this:

I think most places just split the tips amongst the entire crew on shift at the end of the night. It seems to be the new thing restaurants do.

Tip pool. A percentage of all tips in the store goes to the kitchen, then that percentage is divvied up by hours worked.

So essentially what Mike just said, although it goes on a two-week basis rather than every night.

So the waitresses aren't loading up on cash so much anymore, I can imagine.

I don't think it's a huge percentage.

Also, this is a nice restaurant, I don't think many of the waitresses are hurting for cash.

While in my sleep I dreamed about vampire killers and Dracula, spawning an idea in my mind after I woke up. I may start a new art project thing based on vampire killers, well A vampire killer. It'll follow the story I saw in my dream, which is actually pretty awesome; for a dream.

Basically this is how the dream/story is:

• 3 beginner Vampire Killers, they're pretty awesome at what they do
• They decide to tackle an infamous castle, rumored to be Dracs etc. etc.
• They get scared out by the creepy butler while sitting in the lobby, they run outside to find their vamp van totaled, they gotta walk out through the entrance with their big bags of gear.
• They get attacked by monsters, two of them die, one barely escapes.
• Remaining guy passes out on the road, picked up by a guy and a girl in a car
• Much later, the last Vamp Killer decides to go back and finish the job.

That's the intro skimmed down for ya, the guy and the girl don't play a massive role in the story later on.

I'm so opposed to everything vampirical because I just hate vampires for some reason. So goddamn it. That shouldn't deter you, though, sounds awesome, plus, I mean, it's really about KILLING vampires. And I'm all for that.

Though, seriously, I almost thought this was clever satire about how Stephanie Meyer "dreamed" up Twilight. I mean, she basically just wrote an entire series of fanfiction based on the perfect guy she created in her head. I was going to commend you on the satire, because that's funny. But then I realized you were serious.

What I'm saying is, VAMPIRES SUCK BUT DON'T LISTEN TO ME BECAUSE THIS'LL BE PRETTY COOL.

I'm actually pretty tired of the whole classic vampire dealio myself, with broads in corsettes and men with valor and courage or some such bull#####. This is just a fella jumpin' into a castle for a vampire beat down. Nothing classical about this, he's going in to bitch up a few vamps.

I'm also a huge Castlevania freak, I'll be working that in, as in some cameos and mentioning of the game itself; the main character "ONLY plays Castlevania". I'll be working on some original concepts as well, like some castle traps, monsters, weapons and the such like.

Hope Opal's interview(s) go well.

Hope John's interview(s) go well.

Steve's story sounds like the start of a video game, cool. I like vampires but in recent years people have been making trash about them. The first Underworld was the last vampire thing I liked other than Buffy Angel stuff. Some people don't like Underworld and that's fine, I get it, but I thought it was really cool.

I got a job this morning. I'm now officially a Jew working at a bagel shop.

'Cause you were a Jew working at an unofficial bagel shop before right?

Don't touch my bagels.

I started working at my old job again as a Gas Jockey.

I work tomorrow, Wednesday, Thursday, then get a two day break, then I work again on Sunday, and then Monday, and then I have absolutely no more work for the rest of the month, and that's like a week and a half break.

Not sure why the schedule is weird like that, but I'm not complaining.

Sunday I finally fully realized what I'd signed up for. It was hell.

Today (well yesterday by now, whatever) was much easier, to the point that I, on my fifth shift no less, was able to keep the dish area more or less under control alone.

I hope to have more of the latter shifts than the former, although the former are better for my wallet with the tip pool and all.

First day of work.

Sure, I'd rather be sitting at home doing nothing, but it really wasn't bad at all, borderline enjoyable. I basically just help cook bagels, and serve customers. It's pretty busy in there so there's always something to do, but it died down in the afternoon and got really relaxing. My boss even left me alone for the last hour and a half on my first damn day. I just closed up shop at 4 and got home.

Good work for $8 an hour.
