Pfft. Snow Days. The snow has to be 10 ft. tall in order for a snow day to happen around here.

I'm satisfied with the amount of snow that we're having here. Just wished it stopped being so windy.

Edit: And again I miss a new page.

Apparently the snow day on Thursday was only the 8th time my university has ever had to do that. It was REALLY bad that day, I'm talking a full-on blizzard that started on Wednesday afternoon didn't let up until THIS morning (Friday).

I had to drive to Grand Rapids for that stand-up show on Thursday in the peak of the storm. It was really dangerous but totally worth it. We were going less than 40MPH the entire time on the highway, and we must have passed at least 5 cars that went off the road PLUS a huge semi that was toppled over.

Sorry to hear that Eddy.

My finals are going great :)

Thankfully after e-mailing the teacher and telling him what happened, he told me I can take the exam on Monday. Sooo relieved. Now I won't be freaking out this whole weekend. :D

Gonna put like 10 alarms on in my room and possibly get someone to wake me up on Monday.

My stand-up set at Dr. Grins.

If you haven't watched any of my comedy videos before, this is the one to watch. It's a short 3-minute set and it's a great one. I promise you'll laugh. I'm not usually this proud of my sets.

Though, most of the laughter was coming from the camera man.. Still, the crowd was loving you.

It was a camera-woman, and she merely giggled at a few jokes. The hyena you heard was a fellow comic friend of mine who had heard many of the jokes before yet was still laughing obnoxiously which I suppose is a good sign?

But thanks, guys!

Today I heard some troubling/hilarious news: Taylor Lautner, everyone's favorite Twilight werewolf, might be attending my university next year.

It's just so silly.

Ew, why does everyone love that kid? Even if he were to strip entirely naked and dance in front of my face, I wouldn't have any reaction.

The only people who have a boner for the kid are teenage Twilight fangirls. And the boner is obviously metaphorical.

I'm sure the kid's a nice guy. Or maybe not. But whatever. I just think it's hilarious that he's going to come to school here.

Uuughh... two days in a row now... maaaan. I don't even remember what happened yesterday afternoon/evening at this point.

And I still can't sleep. Not until at LEAST tonight past 10PM. I gotta go to class still.

Also, I think I failed one of my classes (a really important one at that) and now I'm probably going to stay here a year longer. -_-

I started the day off by oversleeping my alarm! :D

Apparently, all the kids are there, too, and my boss's daughter is not there to cover for me.

The one day we have any kids, of course I oversleep. My head hurts like a mother#####, and I can barely talk.

I've finally gotten an account on the amazingly awesome new Google product, Google Wave.

It's like... a chat room... except... awesome because it's... I dunno, hard to describe. Everything is constantly updating in real time, like when a person is typing another person will see what that person is typing as he's typing it before he even submits what he's writing.

That may not seem much but from a Developer's view point that's amazing.

And the way they programmed Wave was that anyone can make their own Wave product and they would all communicate with each other in real time. Kind of like how you can have different e-mail accounts but still communicate with each other.

I'm not doing a very good job on explaining this but I'd like you guys to know that it's not JUST a chat room. It goes much deeper than that.

I got six invitations if anyone is interested!

Everything is constantly updating in real time, like when a person is typing another person will see what that person is typing as he's typing it before he even submits what he's writing.

I've seen that before and it's not a good idea considering if someone's reading as you're typing, you can't just delete it before you send and forget it happened.

And now I seriously don't understand anything else you said, so could you send an invite to my email as well?

Highlights of the day:

Annie got a free NES Virtual console game today because she purchased her Internet Channel for 500 points when it got released. If you did too, you get a free NES game in compensation but it expires at the end of this year. If you snooze, you lose. She got Castlevania 3, aftering looking up the reviews on how good it is. This is my first time playing a Castlevania game, because as usual, I don't want to buy games I'm afraid I might hate and regret. It's a VERY fun game, but for goodness sakes, where is the HEALTH RECOVERY? Seriously.

Also, last Monday, Nintendo FINALLY put the original Super Smash Bros. on the virtual console just in time for Christmas. I downloaded it and started playing it now. Proud to "have" all 3 Smash Bros. on my Wii.

Further, there are 5 demos available for a limited time online. I'm going to try the others, but I can guarantee that Pokemon Rumble is fun and overall a cute game to play.

It's been a good day... until Annie just told me a friend of hers (who I also know) died in a car accident today. We never really talked much but he was still a pretty cool guy and this really sucks.
