So 2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 Mopar parts for my truck, they told me that I would have it by 1 week. The week later I decided to check my bank account and they did not charge for the parts so then I decided to cancel since the service with them sucks. At the start of the 2nd week I decided to order the new 360 model and paid the whole thing. The NEXT day I find out that I owe the bank 400$ because the idiots I canceled the parts with decides to charge my card and I was complaining to them and they were like "ummm, once you place an order on a part(s) in the Mopar brand we can't cancel the order", am like, "Man, damn fiends". With that, just messed up my plans that I had for the week, some crap...

For the past two days, I've had a strange mix of Snoop Dogg and Metallica stuck in my head.

They fit together well, strangely.

Yesterday, no work because of a migraine.

Today, I went to work, left two hours later with ten bucks in my pocket, and am told that I'll be called later for tutoring.

I've kinda needed some time off, so I guess this is good.

I bought this cool portable Servbot ball/bobble head toy online!

I just got this cool portable Servbot ball/bobble head toy today!

I assembled this cool portable Servbot bobble head toy today!

I made this cool portable Servbot bobble head toy bobble today!

... It turns out it doesn't really bobble all that much.

Also, the thing is about half the size of my fist. Why did it come in a package large enough to fit 20 DVDs?

I seriously can't believe you guys. Aziz is near the top of my list for "Amazing People I'd Absolutely Love To Meet In Person." I'm floored none of you know who he is. I know it's not just because I keep more obsessive tabs on the comedy world because ALL of my close friends (and the not-so-close ones) know who he is. Even my DAD knows who he is.

Shame on you, Matrix. This was a huge deal for me. I performed on the same show as  Aziz Ansari, and all you guys have to say is "Who?" Pssh.

Posted on: 21 August 2010, 00:26:24

On and in more movie-star-related news, while driving around Grand Rapids with a friend today we stumbled on the set of the movie that Aziz was in town filming. The movie is "30 Minutes or Less." We got to stand right on the edge of set and watch the crew do their stuff, we watched them shoot two separate shots. Very cool. We were standing right by Jesse Eisenberg, who you all know from Zombieland, Adventureland and the upcoming Facebookland.

It's kinda cool I guess, but this is really nothing special coming from me, seeing as I don't really have a problem with becoming detached from celebrity media and such.

It's a coincidence that we all don't know who he is, but the funny part is that I've never even HEARD of the movies you mentioned. But like I said, coming from me, that's nothing special.

So, figures the second I find a course I want, there's talk of it being phased out... In favor of programs like video game design (VINCH IM GOING TO KILL YOU)... I have to wait until October to find out if it'll still be available for next year.

I know there's not a tremendous amount of students enrolling in horticulture (well, that's a lie, the program is wait-listed at the moment, meaning it's pretty much full)... I think they should give it more time, the garden industry is a rising business.

I think it's safe, though. But I'm still anxious as hell cause seriously, this is my course it was made for me.

I just read that the course is safe, they're just removing the on campus greenhouses I think... Still, I blame Vinch for this.

Oh well, it's not a competitive field at least, and it's apparently it's extremely easy to find work after completing a horticulture program. I just want it to be October so I can see what the hell they're changing.

Yeah that's like 55-60 in Maine.
50 degrees is flipflops and shorts weather.
60 degrees is swimming weather.

Anything over 90 is sickening.
Always humid in the summer here, too.

So am I but room temp is still around 75F.
When it's 55-60F here, it's beautiful, but it's also very humid for much of the year... and it's been worse this year than any other  August is usually pretty dry, but the humidity has constantly been over 80% for quite some time now.

If things keep this hot I may never put pants on all winter.  Shorts, yes.  Pants, no.
