Which Megaman Series Had The Best Character Designs?

I actually liked the Legends series designs.  Especially the enemies; that includes the bosses, reaverbots, etc.

MMZ is was a cool design, but not for a MegaMan series, I liked the weapon and enemy designs as well. The chain rod was one of my all time favorite weapons in the MM franchise. Loved every bit of it, except for the charge attack.

As much as all the MMZ-style artwork raped what MegaMan SHOULD look like, those generic copy-X enemies with one red eye were always #####ing badass and looked awesome.

Yeah, the Pantheons and their variations were always #####ing sweet. I hated how they took them out in Z4.

I enjoyed the MMZ games. Less than the Classic and X games, but I enjoyed them nonetheless.

I also thought it might just be a hyperbole on how much you like the Zero artwork.

If it was a series in it's own right, with no connection to Megaman, then I'd appreciate the art a lot more.
It's because it's Megaman series art that it's just not right. The design of every robot and reploid to that point followed a specific pattern, and this series changed something good.

If I wasn't lead to believe that was Zero, I'd like it.

I think I already said this buuut.. Zero series has a good design, it's not a good style for Mega Man exactly, but it's a very cool style none the less. The anorexic look can be worked on though, other than that I love the ideas and the concept.

As for people who dislike the Zero series, you'll find this board to be filled with people who hate it, Lamer. You should just learn to deal with it if it ever bothers you, as there's only a handful of people here who like it.
