Decided to make myself a monogram for future businessey stuff. It'd be pretty cool to say that I'm using a monogram I made in high school; though not sure If i'll be using a different one in the future.

I played around with the placement of my first name but decided to have it on top of my last. It kinda looks like a paintball gun if you look closely (not intended though). Colors got saturated because I made it on a CMYK document, but you get the general idea.

MORE SCHOOL WORK



Jazz poster I made for my graphics class. Only 1 out of 3 people could tell that it was a person (the red thing) playing a piano though I suppose that's more of my fault.

I just noticed I could replace the piano with a synthesizer and stuff and it'd look like a poster promoting electronic music with the guy turning knobs and stuff haha well sorta okay

I really really like it, but try as I might, I CANNOT see the pianist.

The "blurring" implies that it might be something that sounds like a "pianist" though, if you know what I mean.

I could easily tell it was a dude playing piano before you even said anything. I mean, sure, it could be a bit more distinct but I see no reason to make it any more clear. It should be obvious to anyone who isn't retarded.

I havent drawn anything in awhile and didn't know what to draw so I looked at my neighbor outside who started losing his hair. (i know its lazy and unfinished)

I can't seem to finish any of my drawings lately because I keep trying to emulate those really clean design/concept industrial design sketches which I have no clue how are done.

Muscles front and back, and halfway up the side, the top has none.

I see what you're getting at. I used a different reference picture for the muscle anatomy but I know that the top part is sort of white; I was planning on adding a big clump of white lines together for that effect but sort of forgot after it became tiresome to draw.

I can see how you might be confused, though, JC, as white muscle looks like it should be skull in most of these pictures.

Not muscles. Those are tendons. They anchor those muscles to the rest of the head, they also protect it, as bone on the body that is not covered in muscles is covered in dense-regular or dense-irregular connective tissues, dense-regular connective tissues are also called tendons or ligaments.

I know my anatomy. Ain't no white muscles.

'White' refers to the amount of fast twitch muscle fibers.
The top of the skull has no fast twitch muscle fibers.

Chicken breast is 'white muscle' but it's still really damned pinkish red.
Same with people, 'fast twitch' muscles may be referred to as white, but they still have a high level of blood in them at any given time.

Generally the fast twitch fibers are mixed between the slow twitch fibers anyways, even the world's fastest sprinters have only about 60% of their leg muscles as fast twitch (at most, I haven't checked the statistic in a while, it may be as low as 40%)
