My rage face is on now.

I used to sit back and play some Mega Man at university every now and then. Some of the old stuff.
Usually I get "Who's that?" or "Oh, that's Mega Man? Doesn't look like it.", but there was this one time... "Oh, cool. Mario!"

Almost. Punched. Face.

I played X4 on the schools computers one time, and a couple kids asked me "so what, are you like a virus or a netnavi?". I turned around in my seat and just looked at him for a while..

The Bass looks like a Bass I saw in a shoddy 8-bit Bass rendition fan sprite sheet.

I think these are definitely real.  I mean they have the CAPCOM LOGO RIGHT THERE!

Honestly, I don't see where they're going with this but if I know anything about MegaMan (and I think that I do), I think this is going to be awesome.  Have a look.

Another, longer, and awesomely awesome trailer. Plus, silhouettes of the Robot Masters (Splash Woman is a Mermaid, lol).

Also, it confirms that Mega Man 1 and 2 are heading for North American VC and that the game is also going to Xbox 360s and PS3s.

...Is it just me, or does a good portion of the layouts that were shown ripped straight from the older games, ala Splash Woman's Bubble Riser compared to Wave Man's stage, and all that?

The swinging platforms were impressive, and the way physics were utilized at that point in the video to build up momentum for each swing, so someone gets a gold star for that effort.

Also, Moon is not an element. You mean gravity.
I have complaints about Wood, as well, but some people remain stupidly fixated on Chinese elemental systems, and it's been in Mega Man before anyway. But Hornet Man as wood?

I take this post as the ultimate signal of good things to come.

If Rez even ALMOST approves of something, I feel good about it, no matter what.

It's sort of like Simon Cowell - he's badmouthing things so much that when he finally does let a compliment out, it means so much more because he's careful with them.

I wish I could've thought of a better example than.. ugh, American Idol. Uhff.
