Yeah, for some reason they decided that you can't copy saves of games that use WiFi.

My guess is it's a tactic to somehow prevent cheating/hacking, but I'm not gonna bother to think of why or how so.

Considering that SD cards can be connected to any computer, and anything that's connected to a computer is hackable, then I assume your guess is the best.

Doing so, you know, at the loss of being able to back up your data, is as ridiclous as it gets.  They shouldn't have even put in the SD slot or given you the option to save off the wii memory then.

Well, a lot of people use the SD cards to transfer pictures and music that can be incorporated into certain features and games.  But it could have been done without.

I use the SD card to boost the pitiful amount of room on the Wii for save data.

Exactly. Except I can't back up games that are more important to me like Smash Bros.

I used mine for my camera when I went to Africa, but some asshole at school kicked my bookbag while the camera was in it and broke the screen.  So I couldn't see what I was taking a picture of.

...But yeah, I don't have the Wii, and I don't have to worry about the SD card.

The [small] SD card I use for my Wii is the secondary card from my old camera, which my mom now uses.

Yeah, my SD card is from an old now-dead Palm Pilot I used to have. The battery completely died and by that time the thing was so outdated that I didn't even bother to get it replaced. Then I sort of realized I never needed a Palm Pilot.

I saw the trailer for Madagascar 2 (where they decide they're going to RETURN to the zoo in New York or wherever) before some movie recently. I think it might have been Hancock.

No. No, I haven't. But the odds of making a sequel to anything and it being good are slim. Very very slim.

I think it's a bit anal if you start going past the direct sequel. Of COURSE if you make ENOUGH sequels/prequels some will end up being crappy. But that'll happen if you make enough of anything, really...

Well, the fact is that people don't know where to stop.  If they do make a successful sequel, they think that they can do it again.  And again. And again.

Eventually, they do make it fail, but by this time, they don't realize it and keep making more.

Only the first Matrix was good. Both sequels sucked. Though I liked the chase scene in the second movie.

Jurassic Park 2 was pretty bad, but it's a guilty pleasure of mine and I like it. Jurassic Park 3, however, was just plain horrible in every way. Not even "guilty-pleasure horrible."

Those are just some examples.

The only movie sequels at the top of my head that impress me (for not sucking) are the Shrek movies.

... Maybe Spider-Man. Number two stunk, but three was alright. The first one is the best.

I know Mikero has something to say about this, and I already know what it is.

Yes XJ, but you see how easy it is to say that if someone makes an infinite number of sequels to something at least one will suck, yeah? It doesn't mean sequels are all bad.

I mean, the only Bond movie I've seen that I didn't really like much was Die Another Day.

Anyway I liked all the Matrix movies (Revolutions the least), though the second two were vastly different from the first, I wouldn't say they suck. They are just different. I'm not really a fan of Revolutions much at all, but I really liked Reloaded a lot.

I thought Jurassic Park 2 was cool when I was little, but I haven't watched it since. I made the mistake of seeing Jurassic Park 3 in the theatre. All 45 minutes of it. It was so awful, and for some reason I will never understand it's Jess' favourite. But she's a girl, and dinosaurs are boys' business.

I dislike every Shrek movie. Only the first one COULD be decent, but barely.

Spider-Man 2 was the best one of the series. Spider-Man 3 was TOTAL #####ing ##### and I wish I could repress ever even seeing it. If you think Spider-Man 2 sucked, then you don't know Spider-Man at all and are a bumhead and a pooface and are wrong and need to get bent. KNOW THAT GayosWhoresex!

Hm. Seems like the third movie in a series tends to be worst. Well, that's not true really, just with this sample.

I knew you'd say all that but whatever you comic-book freak.

Spider-Man 2 didn't have enough action and a little too much drama for me. There's bits in 3 that I didn't like, but I enjoyed it. I was just disappointed in 2 and I don't care what you, your mother, your dog, your dog's mother, or Jesus says himself. I walked out of those theater doors with a frown.

And Shrek was just alright. I'm surprised they didn't totally ruin it with the second one, but I don't really think they should make a fourth one. Shrek 4D doesn't count, that was enjoyable.

Spider-Man 2 was undoubtedly the best even though I still haven't seen the third. It was really awesome, basically. I just assume the third sucked from what everybody told me.

Also, I loved the first Shrek when I first saw it, but I was younger, and now I guess I only liked it because I liked it back then. I didn't like the second, and, once again, I never saw the third.

When you hear the name "Venom," you expect some sort of awesome force of evil.

Not so much in Spider-Man 3.

I didn't really see anything too wrong with 3, but I just go for the action mainly. I just expected more from #2.

But when you point it that way, Venom was much cooler in the cartoons and books than he was in the movie.

I'll never forget one scene from Spider-Man for the PC.

Parker and Eddie are looking something up on a computer, and Venom goes, "Surf the web! Surf the web!" It led to my surfing of teh interweb. Thanks, Marvel, where would I be without you?

My brother was more into the old Marvel and super hero cartoons than I was. I didn't see much Spider-Man though (maybe that's why I think Spider-Man 3 is decent, who knows), but I saw plenty of X-Men and TMNT. In fact, thanks to him, I'm a TMNT fan.

Loved the games. Loved the show. Loved the movies. We had TMNT toys up to our knees. We even had a TMNT fish tank.

IT WAS SEXY.

The new TMNT on Saturday mornings reeks of not good. It went in a totally different direction. But the movies, the OLD OLD cartoon, and the games were kickass.

::facepalm::

Bluaaargh but that's what Spider-Man is ABOUT! You kids didn't benefit at all from the 90's cartoon did you? You didn't have to read the comics, because if you'd have watched that MASTERFUL show you'd know just what I mean. Spider-Man is about action, trust me. It's definitely about the drama surrounding Peter BECAUSE he is Spider-Man.

I haven't seen Spider-Man 3, but I thought 2 was great. Is 3 really that bad?

Worse. Just trust me.

Hold up. X-Men 2 was also the best of the the 3, and 3 was the worst. What's going on here?

Your opinion is that every first sequel is the best.

Now that I think about it, every first sequel I can think of is either the best or the worst. Never in between.

I feel programmed.

Let me see if I can find that fish tank. That's probably the most awesome fish tank in history.

Yeah, Mike, I read something about how everyone seems to like the second movie of everything the best, and then the third seems to fall flat. They used Spider-Man 2 and X2 as examples.

I really can't think of any other examples right now.

AHEM.

SMB2, MGS2, and Zelda II are all equally disliked in comparison to the rest of their series'. Though I can't vouch for MGS2, it's just what I've heard.

Also, Legends didn't have any games after 2 so you can't use that. And I liked MM3 and MMBN3 just as much as the ones before them.

Well, I meant that those games were overall-liked more than their predecessors. I didn't really think of Legends 2 ever getting a sequel anyway. God forbid it does and IntiCreates does the game and it proves the point.
