I love the artwork, actually. I'm surprised. I don't really like Magma Man too much, but he's still cool.

And Tornado Man looks too much like Harpuia for my standards. Not that Harpuia isn't pretty cool.

I have no idea if this was there yesterday, but now they have artwork of MegaMan using some weapons.

MegaMan's colors for Magma Bazooka are the same as Atomic Fire...

Concrete Man and Magma Man don't look too bad, but Concrete Man really doesn't scream CONCRETE to me.  And since we know Splash Woman is just a Leviathian rip off, that makes 2 of the 8 Robot Masters complete failures in the design department.

Anyway, from what we've seen MM9 looks to be about on par with MM6 for Robot Master quality, which is to say, not great.  We'll have to see if the other 4 can salvage the substancial failure that is Tornado Man and Splash Woman to top 6 and 8.

Can't complain because you're completely true. But I love him just the same.

I'm very curious about Hornet Man, nobody has seen him, just his stage.

There's a screen in IGN showing a purple stage with a ridiculous amount of spikes everywhere. Could it be a Wily Stage? Looks like one...

Splash Woman looks kind of cool, but totally a Leviathan rip-off. I mean, totally. Almost entirely.

Galaxy Man looks creepily awesome. He looks bonkers, I love it.

Hornet Man is a definite NO.

I think Hornet Man looks pretty Ace, but Galaxy Man is just awful.  "Tornado" Man's sprite looks even worse than his art.

It's official.  MM9s Robot Masters are the worst in the series.  And as 8's were far from great, that's quite an accomplishment.

Hopefully the music (which sounds good so far), level design and weapons will make up for it.  This is SO MM6 quality.  Any further attempt to imply it's going to be like/top MM2 is now just trolling by Inafune.

I JUST played MM5 and got the M-tank, theres only one in the game. It refills your weapon energy, the L tank refills your life.

M-Tanks have 2 different abilities.

It will fill up all your weapon and energy.  However if you have full energy and weapons all enemies on the screen will turn into 1-ups.

Also there are multiple M-tanks in the game you can only have 1 at a time.

My hope for slide and charged shots are fading away.

I know some of you could care less about charged shots, but it makes no sense for our boy to suddenly not have either of these abilities.
