He said he didn't see what's so great about it. That doesn't always mean that he hates it. Honestly, I feel the same way about MegaMan 2. Sure, it was a great installment to the series, but overall I liked MM3 because of the introduction to the slide function.

Other than that, I have no clue why I love it so much. Maybe because of the BGM?

I can't name a single NES (or really SNES either) Mega Man game (not counting Rockboard which I've never listened to before) that didn't have at least some OUTSTANDING music.

Combee is a Pokemon. But that's not the joke.

I don't know what it has to do with MM2 at all, but he's showing that the Pokemon and Hornet Man have a similar design.

No one gets Panda's jokes anyway, but what flew over Lamer's head was the fact that it WAS a joke.

I was wondering what the hell that thing was. I never played any recent game after Gold/Silver/Crystal because I thought it got too out of hand with the mass amount of different Pokemon.

Anywho, Lamer's more than likely new to the whole internet deal.

What I gleaned from it was this:

Panda makes a comment that is obviously snide and sarcastic to the trained eye. Or at least a trolling attempt.
Then he posts a non-sequitur of Hornet Man and Combee to deliberately throw off any train of thought and perhaps make it more clear that he's joking around.

But that was about it.

The only reason I knew it was a Pokemon is because when he first posted that I checked the image's filename and then googled it. The filename is the japanese name of the pokemon with is like Mitsuhoney or some stupid thing.

Yes but this Panda; king of jokes that--not to be offensive, but just based on the notion that the collective is more correct than the individual (I have no idea what the antonym for "individualism" is)--aren't funny at all, and Lamer; king of his namesake.

This is the same guy who posted the word "sex" in capitalised red letters in an MM9 thread and a guy who to this day both thinks that Axl is cool and that I have a red scarf.

Never a fan of the Net series and the ones after that. To me they were just "wanna be's"
I always said that Capcom should have done what Nintendo has done with the Mario franchise. Keep the original character personality intact but create new kinds of games and stories. But then I found when they did try to create new games, unfortunately they were pretty much all clones of them selves. Its like they put the origional in a giant clone machine and pushed the variation button and made games just to make a few loyal fans happy.

Tomahawk Man's stage music kind makes me more proud to be an Indian, while Knight Man's makes me feel a little (very little) cooler to be an American. Cause, you know, an AMERICAN designed Knight Man. Ha

No. Natural bird chirping is one thing, and I'm pretty sure I've playing other games with the similar SFX and it didn't get annoying.

But Legends played that SFX for 10 seconds and whenever I was outside, it'd get stuck in my mind, because unlike REAL chirping, there's no variety. It's short and repeats itself.

Kinda like the crisis theme from BN4. Don't tell me that wasn't annoying.
