My friend and I always play this game when we have a lack of conversation. If you could have any material thing right now that you could only have for this one moment, what would it be?

For some odd reason, my answer is ALWAYS a hot tub.

A magical spoon that held all the power in the universe for which to conquer the world...
Or a PS3...
Either one would be good, really...

Just for that one moment, huh?

One of these.

I've had maybe one in my entire life, and I still consider it one of my favorite foods.

Actually, I don't want anything right now.

I'd like a decent television. I have a fantastic stereo, a PS3, a Wii, and a #####ty and-me-down tube television that's on the verge of death. As much as I love my PS3, I find it difficult to play games on it simply because I know I'm not seeing things how they're meant to look.

As shallow as I know that it, it largely has to do with the fact that I rarely play through games twice, and I can't imagine I would play through a second time just to see the game in a higher resolution.

I was wondering when someone was going to catch on....best Comedy Special EVER.

Eh, it was funny, but he's no Bill Hicks/Richard Pryor/George Carlin.

I'd take Richard Pryor or Bill Hicks over George Carlin, personally.

They didn't just have their own jokes, they had fresh, unique approaches.

...hehe.

Anyway, yeah, Lewis Black is great, but he's absolute ##### on his Root of All Evil show. Horrible.

I'll watch any and all comedy.

George Carlin is a classic, and most people list him off because they know he's a classic. Most people who list him as their favorite comedian probably haven't even really watched all that much of his stand-up. But they wouldn't be wrong in saying that he's great.

Richard Pryor and Bill Hicks I haven't watched enough of (though I suppose you can never watch enough of them), but of course those are others.

I find it hard to choose favorite comedians because I appreciate all styles of humor and depending on my mood, I prefer different comedians.

Louis C.K. and Daniel Tosh are good for blue humor, Demetri Martin and Zach Galifianakis are good for deadpan comedy, Mike Birbiglia is good for awkward comedy, Gabriel Iglesias and Ralphie May are good if you want to watch fat people tell jokes, etc.

Dave Chappelle, Patton Oswalt, Jerry Seinfeld, Katt Williams, Frank Caliendo, etc... they're all completely different but I find them all funny.

I agree with you that diversity is best, but there are just certain approaches that connect with me more than others.

At's a rare breed of comic that successfully makes you feel as though you're being spoken directly to. As though you're having an intimate conversation about the truth and absurdity of life.

Last I checked, he frequents Hazard Labs.

I think they just want it that bad. But your'e right, this is kind of like the greed topic, I didn't realize that. But it is a little different. It's more like a game with rules.
