I have to constantly watch what I eat. I hate my metabolism but it's changing because I make it.

I eat very little because I have a very small appetite.

But I don't even eat healthy. I eat crap. And I really need to start being careful with what I eat, because since I don't eat enough, I have to be smart about what I do eat.

I have a friend whose hungry all the time.

And she eats all the fatty foods as she can.

Yet, she can never gain weight. She loses more weight eating and digesting the food than she can get the fats from it.

Her metabolism is insane.

Well I think if she eats all the time then her body is constantly metabolizing the food and is always working, which makes her metabolize food at a faster rate. Which is another reason why everyone should eat breakfast (I usually don't). When you eat like only one meal a day, or eat not all that often, you will take a long time to metabolize it and that'll help you get fat wether it's super-fatty food or not. Of course, if she's active all the time then that's that.

Plus everyone reacts differently to certain types of food. Like carbohydrates really make some people balloon up when for others it can fat content, etc.

I don't eat enough to gain weight in the first place.

When puberty ends your metabolism might change again so look out. If it changes so will your appetite.

I bet he's late on puberty OR puberty did that. Either way it'll probably change. I was skinny as a kid and basically couldn't gain weight until puberty started.

My dad says he was the same way, and now he has constantly toned muscles and can't gain weight. The ass. Hopefully that'll happen to me too.

She needs to be eating more highly-processed carbohydrates foods if she wants to gain weight. Fatty foods don't always wind up being stored as fat, but lots of breads and sugars might help.

... of course, that's not generally healthy.

Perhaps if I could get a labret piercing minus the pain I'd have to undergo...

If not, then maybe that Honda Civic hybrid. Looks sweet as hell. And maybe a laptop of my own so I don't have to use the piece of ##### my girlfriend has.

Well, if only wishes could come true.

Sigh...

Don't be such a pussy, it's not really that bad at all.

The most common comparison I've heard is "like popping a zit"

People that do things just because others tell them it's cool are usually the farthest thing from badass. Also people who tell everyone else to do stuff but never do anything themselves.

I've planned on getting a labret and/or an eyebrow ring. I like piercings, but... I don't really trust many shops around here. They're so unkempt... and it wouldn't be wonderful to get an infection in either spots, or anywhere for that matter.

I'd like a decent television. I have a fantastic stereo, a PS3, a Wii, and a #####ty hand-me-down tube television that's on the verge of death.

Amended. After two and a half years of harassing my wife about it, she finally caved.

I got my new TV yesterday.

I remember Edge mentioning his selling of a load of DVDs to buy her a ring.

That may sound stalkerish but I just have a really freaky memory.

And, I suppose, I was making a mental note... being the kind of guy who never gets rid of anything.

And it's even more amazing what you remember when you have the Wayback Machine at your beck and call.

Things have become a lot more casual on the internet in recent years, what with Myspace and Facebook.

I used to be uncomfortable with posting pictures of myself or revealing my name, but now I could care less. Though I think it's more of a trust thing, because I've been here so long and I'm at least 40% none of you want to find and rape me.

Yes. It all works out well, as I don't watch any of the programing these days. If anything I'll download episodes of whatever I'm interested in, and upload them to the wireless networked external hard drive upstairs.

It was purchased almost entirely for gaming, though I do plan to replace the former glory that was my DVD collection with Blu-Rays.

Heh, I forgot Delta existed. What's he up to anyway?

I actually haven't spoken to Delta in awhile. A few years ago I stopped using chat programs almost completely. My posts here are about as social as I get with people I don't know personally.

Also, I still prefer not to give my real name. Even after all this time, I think there's less than three people here who would know it.

What is this new kind of television?

It's a 40" Sony Bravia. Fantastic television for the price. For just under $1,200 you get a 40" 1080p LCD screen with 3 HDMI inputs, a 2500:1 contrast ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate. I have yet to see the slightest hint of ghosting.

There aren't really a whole lot of games out there that are native 1080p, but the ones that are are beautiful.
