This is what I found when I googled "bread suit":
http://www.electronic-replicant.com/media/suits.jpg

And this is what I found when I googled "pepper suit":
http://images.buycostumes.com/mgen/merchandiser/21066.jpg

Which is better? YOU DECIDE.

If you thought he got the wrong thread, the anime is about a kid trying to create "Ja-pan". A national bread (pan is japanese for bread, if you remember Pan from DBZ, that's how she continues the saiyan food name thing) for Japan.

It's funny how completely unrelated languages have the same word for the same thing. (Spanish and Japanese)

Maybe jalapenos. Not peppers.

I like jalapeno bread.

Well, I like it because it adds a spicy kick to it. That's all. I don't see how it's strange.

Same reason why I like Pepperjack cheese.

Jalapeño bread isn't as hot as it should be. Bread is something you eat to get rid of the heat from spicy stuff. I like jalapeños outside bread, thxkbbqbai.

My mom made a ton of Home Made bread this year. Yeah, I capped 'home made' because it's so good it deserves a proper name.

Man, toasted Home Made bread with butter is godly.

Howcome toast is the only food that is created by re-cooking another food?

You can't re-bake a cake into something better, or fry a scrambled egg, or anything like that...!

I LOVE TOAST.

Fried rice is made with leftover cooked rice.

Leftover surprise.

There are a number of ways of re-cooking leftover food, which definitely counts as cooking cooked food.

Mmm, when I to motorcycle rallies with my dad, breakfast the next day is always the leftover meat from the previous night mixed with beans in a pot.
And anything else.
So many different kinds of slop.

Fried rice is made with leftover cooked rice.

Or new rice... Like with toast, you have RE-cook the bread. You don't HAVE to recook rice to chicken fry it, really. 'Cause it's like two steps in the same meal. Yes, you technically cook it, and then fry it, but it's a little different than baking a loaf of bread and then later toasting a slice of it.

Same kind of thing for chili. You technically cook the meat, and then put it in the chili and cook THAT, but it's not really the same as cooking the same ingredient twice.

Since bread is the ENTIRE meal in toast, it's interesting that it's actually cooked twice. Chili, chicken fried rice, meat sauce (for pasta), and the like are more just taking ingredients and putting them together. Like adding chicken to soup, or something.

See?  Mike gets it.  Same with potato pancakes, whatever the hell they're supposed to be.

And making anything with "leftover rice" is how to get food poisoning.

Good ones require are little extra liquid and onions, though.

Toast is decent stuff, but I won't eat it without jam or something on it.
Unless it's beer bread toast.

Actually, making anything with beer bread is awesome. I hate beer, but it makes a nice bread.
And bread pudding.
And awesome French toast.

If it has pineapple in it, like Hawaiian Pizza, I will be mad.

Don't get me wrong, I love pineapple. But not IN other foods, and Hawaiian Pizza is  the worst of the common pizzas. A travesty.

Can we talk bagels, or is that ANOTHER thread?

There's got to be like a seperate genre of photography devoted to making food look so very delicious, as employed in restaraunt advertisements and the boxes of snack foods.
