I love Magnet Man's stage theme and the Wily Boss theme. But my favorite is Hard Man's stage theme.

A lot of that music is great, my personal favourite from the game is Wily Stages 3-4 and my favourite RM stage theme from the game is probably either Shadow Man or Magnet Man.

7 is second?
The SNES music is horrible.

It sounds all muffled and all of the samples are awful.
Unless you mean the Wily saucer bit, which is OK, but the guitar is pure #####.

Still better than the one in 8, though.

I sorta agree and sorta don't.

I agree that SNES music doesn't do the battle music justice, but besides that, it's an excellent theme.

The arrangement is nice, but it would be WAY better if it weren't for that horrible flushed out sound chip.
Seriously, I hate the samples in that game.

I think the MM7 music is great, but the sound quality is another story. I don't know enough about game music to say why, really, but it sounds... unclear or...

Well, just that the music is good but it gets mucked up on it's way out of the machine. Like bad speakers (and no, I didn't have bad speakers when playing it so that's not the reason).

Like I can tell it's awesome and I'll fight anyone who disagrees but I feel there's that one piece of Perfection! missing, as if part of it is only sounds dogs can hear. Something small has gone wrong and I know it's there but can't find it.
