Title: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 10 December 2007, 00:30:38 Just got this game and I love it, it's a regular platformer, it's for the DS. The best thing about it is that you make your own hero by drawing them. I just finished my second hero.
Megaman Zero. http://img99.imageshack.us/img99/5827/dscn4327en0.jpg Eva-01 http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/3456/dscn4336pd8.jpg I recommend you pick up this game, it's a bit old so it should be around 20$. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: NovaMan XP on 10 December 2007, 00:36:41 MMZ Zero?
Why not: MEGA MAN Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: Abominator on 10 December 2007, 00:45:17 Nicely drawn Zero.
I don't know what Eva-01 is. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 10 December 2007, 00:54:25 I just felt like drawing Zero, dunno why. And Eva-01 is from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
I just finished another one, Kamina! : D I'll load him later. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: ASR on 10 December 2007, 01:16:14 I had entirely forgotten about Neon Genesis Evangelion until you posted that pic. That's one of the very few animes I've sat through in its entirety. I'm not a big fan of anime, but I praise that one highly.
ON TOPIC, I've played this game before and didn't like it. I did have a hoot making characters, though. I borrowed it from someone and I may or may not have returned it. I'll check later. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: Orange Devil on 10 December 2007, 02:03:29 Wow! Evangelion fans? I thought those all died. Nice Eva 01. So tell me about this game, I'm thinking about getting it.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: NovaMan XP on 10 December 2007, 02:07:03 I'm might get it too... tell us about it. I'm too lazy to look on other sites for info.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: Orange Devil on 10 December 2007, 02:07:28 I watched a video on IGN but those only do so much.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 10 December 2007, 03:05:32 You act as a God in the game, rebuilding a little village that's almost engulfed in shadows (lol cliche) You create your little fella there, and then go on a platforming adventure to find #####, on the way you create platforms to stand on, and transportation like a sled (I made a ride chaser lolz) and you also get to design weapons as well.
It looks like a real kiddie game because of the design and enemies and what not, but it's actually pretty entertaining. ROW ROW! FIGHT DA POWA! I took a look at my old MegaMan hero, started a new file and made Marvin from H2G2... (I made my planet look like a floating phallus and the forest is a congregation of walking... "roosters"... and for the inhabitants I drew a quick replica of VagEYEnaman thanks to Maddox) I started playing again. I remembered why I never played too much - it's boring. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 10 December 2007, 03:43:40 Of course it is, but drawing crap is the best part. And this game has plenty of that.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: Orange Devil on 10 December 2007, 03:44:54 Anyone played graffiti kingdom? Horrible game, but the character creation was AWESOME.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: DJSonic on 11 December 2007, 00:02:19 I have to admit, despite being MMZ Zero, that looks pretty neat.
Next time, try some Classic or Legends MegaMan. A Volnutt would be sweet for a 'reinvented' 2D MML adventure, but with DtL. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: The Otaku on 9 March 2008, 05:02:24 I don't really like this game. It was pretty boring, and everything moved along very slowly. The only good part is when you get to draw stuff.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 9 March 2008, 05:03:08 K, no moar necro'n plz
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: The Otaku on 9 March 2008, 05:04:11 What the heck is necroposting, anyways? I've seen that twice already and I don't have a clue of what it means.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 9 March 2008, 05:05:53 It's when you post in a VERY old topic that no one pays attention to.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: The Otaku on 9 March 2008, 05:06:39 Oh. Why is that bad, though?
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 9 March 2008, 05:07:41 Because it shows on the front page as a new replied to topic, and that can get annoying when you don't care about the topic.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: ChaosVortex on 9 March 2008, 05:08:08 It makes it seem like you're spamming and you're bumping dead threads with very little information no one wants to read.
So yeah, in a nutshell, it's spamming/annoying. Also, WIND. YOU GOT THE TOUCH. YOU GOT THE POWER. YOU CAN LOCK EEEET. Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: The Otaku on 9 March 2008, 05:08:49 Okay, thanks.
Title: Re: Drawn to Life Post by: preventerWIND on 9 March 2008, 05:09:18 WIND WILL LIGHT OUR DARKEST HOUR!
One shall stand, one shall fall.. And the one who falls is this topic, clearly. BAI NAO |
